Great new project Rich. I can't wait to NEVER see it again!

I respect how Rich and Stevon take on these difficult projects and always give us a preview of their 2025 Finished projects.

In the beginning I would watch because of the cool projects, now I watch because off how cool and funny these 2 are

I would like to see these guys go with 1 of Rich's designs once...it probably wouldn't look or work right, but it would help us appreciate Steveon's skills as a designer/draftsman so much more.😁

It would be sweet to have blueprint sketches of these projects as posters/prints.

I actually like the idea of being able to swap the battery. Did you consider using a stack of battery "modules" instead of just one massive battery? 3 or 4 easy to handle containers that tie together might be a good solution. Also, if you are going to take this to BFE, one battery "pack" could be charging using solar, while you are having fun with the in the Cybercider. Since it looks too big to put in the bed of a pickup, it could have a trailer that has the PV array for the spare battery.

For the Model 3 Diesel swap, you should consider using Diesel engine from VW, as the 3.0 TDi V6. Using an Audi A6 Avant as the base, swapping all electronics, ECUs and modules, as wiring harness. It would give the Model 3 that sleeper look.

awesome project! would be good to divide the battery pack in half front/rear to balance the weight

8:35 the battery and its placement vs the full gas tank balance out perfectly. its one of the few things they nailed on the design. its funny watching someone go through a rzr for the first time. i've been dealing with mine for years. this looks like one of the newer ones, so hopefully it has the fixed transmission that can still shift into high and park lol. also the newer ones you are able to reach the spark plugs without literally dropping the engine or cutting a huge hole in the bed

I wanted to do this same thing too so I could do late nite drives with little to no sound, last year on Oct. 1st UTVs became street legal in NC I gotta make me one of these now id love to drive this thing to and from work. Just looking at the video it seems the frame is bent a little. The drivers front lower control arm is for sure bent and needs replacing. I would suggest measuring all the suspension and make sure it’s straight.

Since you replaced the chain with a belt on the Harley, you should replace the belt with a chain on the Cybercide. It'll be easy. LOL!

That RZR clutch is a good idea to keep so that it would allow the 4*4, but at the same time is not that great because belts don't last too long, people usually bring spare belts with them on the trail. Then after a few belt replacements time comes to replace/service the bearing which needs a special, not cheap tool or an even more expensive visit to the dealer. And that's only some of the things that do go wrong with it. Would it be too much to ask for you guys to figure a 2nd motor for the 2nd axle? Especially, like few other people mentioned, these projects never do go fast, but no need to rush perfection :)

How about including a battery ejection / loading system. May need to be powered by the replacement battery.

The oil in the plenum might be from the air filter which looks like a washable filter which you re-oil when it’s dried.
