Great video, but better remove that ribbon cable from the touchpad before using the heat gun, you could damage the ribbon cable if you did not. Also, a hairdryer will work too.

I just wish that there was a way that you could adjust the triggers accordingly so that when you didn't want to play FPS games you could revert them back to normal similar to what you can do with the edge because then I really wouldn't need my Edge anymore

I have a question what di i do if the hair klicky kit for r2 is not klicky

Was this install on the bdm-10 or bdm-20?

My ps5 controller don't have that white bar going across it in at 4:48

i bought everything but the back paddle kit says it wont work with bdm -030 and the clicky face clicky kit says it wont work with bdm-30 so i am not sure what to do my buttons and my face plate work with all just not the face plate clicky kit and the back paddle kit can someone help

I keep debating on doing the triggers, I just want to know if I play GTA V will I still be able to drive normal. Or will it only let me drive slowly because the full throttle response would essentially be gone?

So I did my led lights first They work great then a few days later I tried adding the back buttons it turns on and everything clicks but the buttons are not mapping is There a solution for this

I think it's best to do it in one stint. Just reduces the chances of breaking any ribbon cables if you wander too often into disassembling the controller over and over.

I need some help! The face button is not blue on my controller it is black and has the r1,r2,l1,l2 Attached to the face button . The thing you’re removing at 9:44 on the video. (Model CFI-ZCT1W) with a little A, ID:AK8CFIZCT1A. Plus on the face plate you see those 2 screws on the left and right side my controller doesn’t have them. I’m so confused I got parts for BDM-20 from extreme rate. I just saw BDM-30 on motherboard I’m so confused please help
