I'm a Steelers fan, but I feel so good about this hire. Like the Texans finally got it right. CJ & Will are the cornerstones of the offense & defense. It's FINALLY COMING TOGETHER for the Texans. The Fan Base has waited so long & deserves it.

I feel fans will be more patient with DeMeco than the previous coaches. They gave Capers many years after all. Difference this year is fans are behind DeMeco. Fans didn't care for Culley or Lovie and were not motivated to support them. I'd give DeMeco the full 6 years to right this ship. He deserves the chance.

Damn, 49'er fans are a different breed. I've seen several of these comments on here and a bunch of other Ryan's videos speaking out about the love and/or respect they have for our new head coach. Most fans tend to speak ill of a player or coach that departs their team. Not 9er fans, they've been almost universally a class act in the comments section. Makes me even more excited to see how well he was thought of from one of the few best teams in the NFL.

This is what I love about football. The BROTHERHOOD coming together after all these years to celebrate one of their own as Cap becomes Coach. So special because they all had a hand in getting Ryans to this moment. These guys remember the great wins, the heartbreaking losses, the training room table, tape jobs, plane rides, team breakfasts, weight room, meetings, looking across from each other in the huddle. They all FEEL it Again together and will transfer this energy & wisdom into the current crop of players. When those kids look into DeMeco's eyes, they'll see and feel his 🔥

You know a coach is special when his ENTIRE defense @ SF was devastated they didn’t win a SB for him. When u hear them say we wasted an opportunity for him it speaks volumes of how much respect they have for Coach Ryans. Coming from a cowboys fan y’all got a good one here. If you give him the right qb and draft well around him, then u will be able to run the division for a long time

From a die hard 49ers fan, I wish you every success with the Texans, just don’t wanna meet your defense, lol especially since I’m sure we will lose a couple of our guys to the Texans, because DeMeco is the truth.
