Very nice. Curious why you decided to make an adapter for a commercial drive wheel instead of making your own drive wheel? Seems like your part would be simpler if it was the drive wheel itself, instead of interfacing with the commercial one? (Maybe the wheel needs to be hardened?)

I wrote my own. Mostly just experimental code in a FreeCAD Macro. I never got things to a sufficiently stable point but I archived everything. If someone ever wants to work on bending for Path workbench, I'll dust it off and commit it to a github repo.
