www.deco-cretesupply.com Join us as we get a little retaining wall work done at my house. Concrete season is near but the guys want to work! The jobs are coming in and the work is piling up. It's going to be a good year! Enjoy
Why do people comment trying to rate his workers. Stop being weird man, these are real other people who did not sign up to be evaluated on video by strangers who don't know anything about what they do.
I been saying that, he's a good dude. Carlito has liked my comment before, I hardly think he feels some kind of way by saying he's a good worker. That's what you sign up for when you work for aboss who records all the jobs, and is part of the reason some people have left already. It is what it is. Also being on camera and being comfortable with it and the comments, is a skill in and of itself. Some people want that skill.
I love how Carlitto gets all excited and happy and eager when you give him a job that he can do well and prove to you that he can make you proud and show you he really adds to the team
I obviously dont know Tino, but I am proud of him for continuing to push forward. I remember last season he couldn't hardly go a week without some crazy life event coming up, but hes pushing through and showing up!
Also props to Ryan for not getting so frustrated and letting him go during his poor attendance era. It's refreshing to see a boss that recognizes the human element of his workers. Something the comments section doesn't seem to get all the time.
@@MrWobbles88I mean, the fact that he's able to be there on time everyday now is a good sign.. If he's late no matter what, it's an unfixable problem. If he's only late when the start time is super early, there's something specific causing that
Carlito & Tino are slowly becoming my favorite workers!! Quiet and always ready to work! Franny is stepping up as well! Then good ol smiley Ray ❤ GOOD WORK!!!
@@subliminal128 honestly, I really don’t mind Eric at all. I really do think he’s a good person and can def help out a lot. He does know more then most about concrete. I just wish he didn’t try so hard to be famous if that makes sense. Seems like he tries to use a Ryan a bit as well. Yes I know we only see some much on the videos.
@@danielkocoski6994 naw thats just pathetic, im a business owner and dont treat my truck as a dump and then have an employee pick up all my trash ... if you cxant see that for what it is (pure laziness) then u cant be helped
Carlito and Tino are OG style workers . Just go, go, go. Glad Tino seems to have settled down. Do need to find him a car though or a small truck . Take care
I like that ur neighbor is starting a program for trades I took one all 4 years of high school and I wish more schools did it saved me from getting into trouble and taught me things I’ll always remember
Learning a trade is what many people in Germany do after basic school (grade 10). You can decide if you want to continue school for 3 years to be able to study or starting to earn money and be an apprentice to learn a trade. Depending on the trade it takes between 2years (for example salesperson in a shop) and 3.5 years to be a journeyman (for example mechanic, machinist, builder etc.). You still have to visit a school part of the time as an apprentice, but only to learn the theoretical side of your chosen trade. I always did not understand why there is no regulated system for people to learn a trade. Not everyone is wired for theoretical college. Many are better in practical work and those people are not really supported in the USA in learning.
I like Carlito from the first second he appeared on the Channel. He knows, what he can and knows what he still has to learn. Combined with his great work-ethic he will take victory with Tino and Francisco to a new level. I am running a small electrical trade business (55 employees, no freelancers) here in Germany as well - I know, what I see and who knows, what he is doing! Thumbs up for Carlito! 👍👍👍
Hey champ. Bricklayer from scandinvia, Denmark here. I have a lot of trouble sleeping every night, as i work a lot of hours and dealing with a ton of stuff. Have a baby boy arriving at may Just want to let you know from one hard working man to another that your videos are helping me sleep everynight. Somehow the concrete and you guys working are helping with it So, keep up the good work you champ! Love the videos
Got to say that Carlito and Tino are very solid workers. Just point them to the task and they get it done with no complaints. Both men are good at what they do from what I've seen in the videos. Always willing to get into it. I hope Franny and Erik learn from them and continue to improve! Also can't forget BIG RAY of sunshine! Cheers to you and your team Ryan!
There you go Ryan - expansion. You cover your concrete, Carlitto does walls and excavating and bring back Mike for landscaping. Three divisions of Victory.
He has his niche with driveways and patios and he makes great money doing it. Ryan has expanded in other ways a ton since last year this time. He’s fine
It good you have winter projects to keep your employees busy with work during the winter. Not only do you keep your crew together and financially stable, it keeps them in a team mode.
Thank you for these videos helping me through a break up right now. Keep me joyful and laughing. Just letting go and letting God take control. Stay blessed Victory!
I hope Carlito gets spoiled one day. He seems to be the most low-key, not on video guy, but very helpful and always can handle his own and on time, if not early! Benefit him! Let's get to know Carlito!
Blue smoke on start up is likely to be worn piston rings allowing oil to leak into the combustion chamber. Nate the great is the best man to test and repair. All these things might be best getting done at the end of the season as they could take a few weeks to repair if an engine rebuild is needed.
@@imissme8313 Don't forget what Ryan said - He told Eric to salt heavy. Eric just did that. It was just that the announced amount of snow wasn't that much. In hindsight it would have been better to salt normal and salt again if there would have been more snow. But hindsight is always 20/20
@@imissme8313 i mean eric did say ryan told him to salt heavy not once, but like 3 times in that video .... do you blame the worker for doing what the boss said?
That noise you’re hearing 9:45 it’s a bird inside your furnace exhaust. Every spring one gets into mine builds a nest then when you go to fire up the furnace for the winter it won’t run due to the nest.
No, you're not complaining because you're getting older. Things really are getting expensive. Ridiculously expensive. That was the right choice on color. It looks great. Carlito is in his element. He's a keeper.
@@BFT88 I know. My mother loves fudge and date cookies and bars. So, about every four months I make 26 pounds of fudge to send to her. Let me tell you with butter at $6 a pound, this is a major investment in happiness. I'm afraid to fill up my SUV. I'm afraid I'd have heart failure. I bought $200 worth of groceries last week and brought them in in one trip besides the paper towels. It's not anyone's imagination prices are completely through the roof on everything.
@@HAILProphecy___ Exactly. I only bought two ham steaks and no other meat, so I wasn't buying expensive stuff. I bought those because they were on sale. I want to throw stuff at the tv every time some idiot grins and talks about how great everything is. It might be for those millionaire reporters, but it isn't for working people.
Jumping from Eric’s video to this one, the difference is night and day. I never liked keyboard worries and people online hating and stuff but I tried to defend the kid because he was only starting out and has so much to learn and who am I to tell someone about how to make a good video as I have no experience in it, however, what Eric is doing with the videos having no sense of time all jumbled up, all the mumbling and talking nonsense and doing things with that trailer that are just clearly unsafe, I have decided that instead of trying to give constructive feedback that he won’t listen to and coming across as a hater, I will just stick to solely watching Ryan’s victory videos. Thanks Ryan for all the effort you put into these. This channel is my favourite RU-vid channel and the only RU-vid channel I actually look forward to and get excited about a new video 🙌
In denial or not, everyone saw Eric is a bit off ever since seeing him do that carpark on the hill job, next to the garage, and that same house's back patio.
Eric is a totally different person on his own videos. The Eric from victory is the one everyone liked not the pompous know it all mumbling gibberish dude on his channel.
These videos make me feel relaxed, i get a bit of anxiety being outside of the house sometimes so watching this helps 🤷🏻♂️ Weird but yeah 😅 Would love to do concrete work, unfortunately I live in the UK so this field of work is a bit scarce and hard to find…. And the weather is allways 💩 I’m currently a Groundsman, gardening, trees, lawn care etc bit of everything!! Enjoying it 👍🏻 Can’t wait for summer 🙌🏻😀
if you use garbage pails to hold your fittings, drill some holes on the bottom so they can drain and no ice buildup lol and also no place for misquotes to develope
Carlitto and Tino are really really good team. You can tell they worked really hard to do the wall. They are so funny when they talk. Might be best to give them 12 hour days...They ll give you 12 hours of hard graft.
I love your video's I watch every single one you are such a big inspiration in people's lifes i have said it before in my comments if I lived close enough and was given the opportunity to work for you I would jump to it keep up the good work and God bless
My paycheck isn’t happy about no snow, but I’ve honestly been so happy about this spring weather in the middle of winter. We never get this kind of weather in Michigan😂
Carlito is a good dude, skilled, and takes care of business. Seems like he’s always trying to do things right and not cut corners. We need more Carlitos in the trades.
I'm from Canton Ohio and I have been watching you guys since the beginning of your RU-vid channel. And you are a very very good person and boss . We should have more bosses like you . Keep up the good work and good vibes and thank you for making very good videos.
you should put a plastic bag on the back of the passenger seats headrest in your truck. Like the grocery style plastic bag with the handle that can fit overtop of the headrest easy enough. It's easier to throw away every few days. Or what I normally do is when I'm gassing up, I leave the pump on auto fill and empty my garbage out from my car.
I learned the hard way at the gym. Never compete with others do what your body tells you. I was on the rowing machine. Said I would not stop till the old guy stops next to me. 40 minutes later, I had to stop. Nearly passed out 😂
Ryan, you're spot on-everything's too pricey because of corporate greed. Big companies squeeze every penny for profits, ignoring the middle class. The stock market's the puppeteer, and we're the ones paying the price. It's time to call out these giants for prioritizing shareholders over real people. Enough is enough!
Ryan is giving Carlito the liberty to call the shots on this job and take control and he did not disappoint. Great leader. Jobs not even done and it looks good! Good job Carlito. Also tino and ray.
Me too.. It was funny how butthurt he got when Ryan said, "Francisco and I haven't worked at all. He's like, why didn't you call me.( saying to himself so I could make that easy money)
Hey Ryan you ought to let your new salesman do your home shows understand it costs money and setting up but if he can take care of it all and you just pay for it it'll probably help in the long run
they don't all have to be drama videos!! love these good spirited ones just the same. thank you for the content, what's up from the southern utah hvac world!
We enjoy your videos so much. You're such an awesome boss and a decent good human being. Thanks for sharing what a day in your world looks like. Prayers for your business to thrive. One thing though, every time I see the floor of your truck, I think "Mannnn, how much garbage do you make!??" 🤷♀️ 😂 ~Godspeed, Victory Outdoor Services! All the best to you 🙏
Thats funny, Ryan you do know the other guys are going to watch You and Francisco brag that you guys didn't do anything, and they worked so hard. LOL The wall looks great guys. I do say I know employees come and go, and it was good to see Buggs, but I do say that Carlito is just as good and a great right-hand man. I think you have a great crew this year and I think it's going to be a good year.
I really like how Carlito stands up to Ryan & don't tolerate him micro managing him. "You're not supposed to be here, go" LOL Carlito knows what he's doing so just wants to be left & get on with it without Ryan breathing down his neck. Like last year at the New Yard when Carlito told Ryan to leave him alone & go do something else as he was getting all up in his business for no reason LOL
