BUKO CRUMBLE TART INGREDIENTS:
Buko Filling:
2 ½ cups buko juice
⅓ cup milk powder (i used Mellco buttermilk)
¼ cup cornstarch
1 can (390g) condensed milk
Shredded young coconut meat from 2 pcs coconut
Tart Crust:
3 cups APF/3rd class flour
3 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 large egg
1 pack butter or 1 ⅛ cup softened butter/margarine
Crumble Toppings:
1 ½ cup oatmeal (replace ½ cup to sliced almonds or nuts if you have)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp all purpose flour
⅓ cup cold butter/margarine
Notes:
☆ I used 3oz cupcake baking pan. You can use tart molders if available.
☆ Crust be baked in a pre-heated oven for 10 mins at 180°C.
☆ Bake again for 15 mins in the same heat after filling with buko and topped with crumble.
☆ Makes exactly 33 pcs 3oz Buko Crumble Tart.
