Bulalo Beef Pares
Ingredients:
3 pcs beef shank
Ingredients for boiling
700 ml water
3 tsp salt
Lemon grass
3 tsp ground black pepper
Ingredients for sautéing
2 thumb ginger chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
4 pcs star anise
2 tbsp- coco aminos
1tbsp- brown erythritol
1 tsp guar gum to thicken a little the sauce
