In this Video we ate the delicious Bulalo.
Bulalô is a beef dish from the Philippines. It is a light colored soup that is made by cooking beef shanks and marrow bones until the collagen and fat has melted into the clear broth. Bulalo is native to the Southern Luzon region of the Philippines.

I'm re watching this during the pandemic, like i don't have any cooked food right now and it is 12:25 am here in the Philippines, august 17, 2020, in front of me is a half cup of Quacker oats because i don't want to disturb my mom if i cook something, but im literally craving for some food with soup in it like this bulalo or sinigang... im drooling right now...

Hey girls, we have a similar traditional meal in my homeland of New Zealand we call it " boil up" its any type of meat preferably pork bones boiled in water with greens of ur choice in new zealand its typically watercress or puha or u can substitute for cabbage or silverbeet aswell as potatoes, sweet potatoe and pumpkin aswell as doughboys which is made of flour and water rolled into balls its absolutely beautiful, us locals usually prefer the second boil i hope u can try it
