Buldak Carbonara Instant Ramen 🍜 

Buldak makes some super spicy sauces. My toilet gives me side eye every time it knows I'm making some noodles.

Yeah these are really good. Used to work at a 99 cent store and I would put out like 5-8 whole entire boxes of these out on the shelf and by mid day they were all gone I guess these cheese ones are the best flavor😂. Can’t believe there’s like scalpers for these 😂

Secret of mine for those who might wish to try - using a metal bowl, whisk in an egg yolk with parmesan until thick, put the cooked noodles into the metal bowl, add seasoning but then place the metal bowl back over the pot using the simmering noodle water underneath. Don't scramble! Be patient and stir on low heat - Deliciousness awaits in another 2 minutes 😊

Those are the best buldak flavor out of all the buldak brands. They also make creamy chicken cabonara flavor. I add mine with egg, butter, cheese and mayo 🔥

I've been doing a ghetto version of this for years. Just with beef ramen and sliced cheese and Frank's red hot if I wanted some spice. The trick is to leave a little water in while you add the cheese. Otherwise you get a block of cheesy noodles. The water turns it into a sauce like thing.

This is my fav pack and second fav is the yellow pack “also” cheese flavour

The whole pack of red hot is not necessary. Just a dab will do. I add deli slied white american cheese, grilled shrim or some crab and peas.

I'm actually surprised that thr price is not very different from where I came from, usually instant noodles get so expensive in US

'They look about done' when it tells you how long to cook on the packaging. Although I always cook them one minutes less than what buldak wants because then they are overcooked
