@@mobypancakeno genetics loads the gun lifestyle pulls the I had a flat but my whole life just like my parents but over the part year It's now to the point wear I wear size small shirts and xl pants and underwear
As a guy it's the same but with clothes on you look more monstrous. Women can wear skin tight clothing so being cut/low bf is usually always better if you want that fit/jacked look.
Everyone talking about lighting... I didn’t notice bc I’m strictly looking at lines and where she stores fat out of sheer interest. Good to know I’m not the only one who has a tiny bit of a lower belly pudge no matter how much I cut. I think it looks awful on me, but when I see it on her it’s not bad... I feel better about it tbh
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame” Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”” Luke 19:10 God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless you all! 🕊❤️
@@josephvaz1854 no I've followed her for awhile...I first followed her when she was much thicker and her butt was big. And she slimmed down alot and her butt is still big lol. She didn't lose much of it at all
@@detroitlionspistonstigersr6735 They go through many therapys for hips extention. usually women store fats in thighs and hips area, when you loose fats, you don't loose from specific area, you loose overall body fat. Such influencers usually needs followers so they play such tricks on social media.
These influencers are rich. You make them rich by watching their videos and buying their products. They all live in mansions and have the whole day to work out and eat well.
Shoot! I'm trying to get where you are in the bulking phase! Lol! You can definitely tell the difference in your lower body. Before your hips/glutes were a more pronounced hourglass shape. The cut is more streamlined in v taper with softer curves. You look awesome in both!
The bulk doesnt look like an hourglass at all. Her hip bone that is more defined makes her look like a pear shape. On the cutting ckals she has more of an hourglass shape its cleaner and the curves have a better shape mimicking an hourglass
@@thelastspartan4936 that doesn’t even matter dude. The amount of strength it takes to commit to a bulk or cut or anything like that is hard enough for 6 months let alone 4 freaking years. You must be hella disciplined and consistent that’s where I’m tryna be 😭😭
I can tell she’s healthy at both sizes so the cut is for esthetic purposes only. She looks great at both the cut and the bulk. Whatever she prefers is the right one for her.
1700 cutting you look happier and are glowing! I have a hard time going below 1900 with my active lifestyle aiming for 1700 but either way keep up whatever you want :)
@@Elizabeth-kv2su I appreciate you for making this comment. Ladies, you may have to go though cycles of bulking and cutting to get the body you want. Also she looked great in both videos.
@@vanNe378 omg u the first person this ever makes sense 2 me because I'm building muscle but wanna loose belly fat but I'm afraid if I do cardio more 2 burn the fat I may lose my booty building gains , do I still build while trying 2 lose arm back and belly fat at the same time?? How do I cutt?
Chiara, Bulking of cutting…. either way looks amazing on you! You’ve trained your body in a very beautiful way and I love the content you create for training. It’s good for both man and women!
Inspiring! I am bulking currently. Hopefully I get similar results when I cut. Thanks for keeping us motivated! 🙏 😊 you are such a lantern in the dark!
You have a little more cake when you’re bulking but you don’t lose much cutting AND ever other body flows better when you’re cutting. Either way you’re bomb so keep doing what you’re doing!!
Both look amazing! But I personally would prefer to look like the cutting side. Maybe if I could choose I would take the bulking bum on the cutting body. I don’t think that is possible… Lol! Love you Chiara!
I'm assuming the cut came AFTER the bulk. People don't think you can cut and suddenly you have all the muscle in the right places, you need to grow those muscles with calories.
cant i just do it simultaneously tho, like im having all the rigdht calories and all but i look lean too. i plag sports so that helps me burn and weights help me strengthen ????idk im new to using weights
Usually I find bulking more attractive, but on your body shape I like cutting. Bulking just made your hip dips more prominent. Cutting almost completely got rid of them and gave you a smooth outline.
The only thing you can do is to continue to lift heavy and stay with a higher protein intake. If you lean out you can’t control what goes away. Even Chiara mentioned her glutes got smaller during her cut, but with her shrinking overall they still looked proportionate.
@@Abercrombieindya exactly! I’m also in a cut but didn’t really lose my gains from my last bulk. I still lift heavy and make sure I’m hitting my protein, carbs, and healthy fats every day.
You dont really lose muscle During cutting only fat . Just make sure you build alot of glute muscle in the bulking phase before you cut the fat off during cutting …thats the whole point…
@@melaninmonroeeee This is not necessarily true. You can expect 20-30% of the weight you lose by cutting calories will come from muscle, according to research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. You can prevent a ton of muscle loss by 1. Keeping your protein intake high 2. Continue to lift challenging weights and people actually can experience gaining muscle while shedding fat during a cut. I’ve been able to keep all of my muscle because I’ve been constantly lifting my PR’s and some. 3. Not doing excessive cardio. Instead consider doing high-intensity interval training in place of traditional moderate-intensity cardio, as HIIT likely takes less time. I usually just do like 15-20 minutes max or traditional because I’m not too much of a fan of HIIT lol.
I definitely see the difference. In the cut version: More defined triceps, defined abd muscles, top rib bones showing, hip dips lessened and the butt slopes into the back of the hams. Whereas in the bulk, the butt jutted out like a bubble butt. Good job!
Simple! Build a Time Machine. Invest in gene editing technology. Go back in time to some point between when you were conceived and when your hips developed (you’d have to have been an embryo prior to about 8 weeks) and change your genes. Possible pitfall: it might not work because you may cause a time paradox crisis where instead of a version of you without hip dips you have two versions of you existing at once. You’d still have hip dips and potentially created a parallel timeline where a version of you exists without them, but at if in a plot twist the parallel universe version of yourself turns out to be evil, it will be really easy to tell you apart because you will be the one with hip dips. So it’s really not too bad of an outcome and worth a try IMO. Some people would advise you to simply learn to accept them, but I say DREAM BIG!
