I've been doing this exercise with a resistance band (heavy) and ankle weights for a month and a half(5x a week). It definitely lessens the look of hip dips! I do other workouts as well, but Annabelle's is the best imo❤

This works if you do! All these people saying they won’t do it 3 more times, remember: what you give is what you get. You wanna see results? Push yourself! The body is more than capable of doing it, it’s just your mind that needs motivation. Also don’t forget a little protein bar or shake after for quick results!

They’re right, you shouldn’t do it more than 3 times a week because you muscles need a resting time to heal. By doing it more than the recommended amount you could be causing damage and killing your gains.

TIPS FOR ANYONE STARTING THIS WORKOUT !!!! •do not do this everyday ! For maximum growth your body needs to rest. 3-4x a week maximum, even twice a week will suffice. • prioritize getting your protein in. you don’t need an insane amount but make sure that’s your highest macro • carbs !!!! carbs are very important for growth but make sure you’re getting good carbs like sweet potatoes and rice.

I have done this workout for more than 2 weeks AND MY HIP DIPS ARE SO MUCH FULLER like if yk what i mean, they are practically gone but i still continue to do this workout everyday 3 times. I recommend! I used a resistance band and ankle weights:)

so i’ve been doing this for 1-1.5 months and i’ve seen a big difference on my side, its ‘filled’ a good chunk of my hip dips and i grew about 2in. i also combined this with other glute workout videos too:)

Y'all I was literally shaped like spongebob lol but now my body is taking shape the more I take control 🙌🏾 I had to take medicine for my depression during quarantine and I gained some weight,I wasn't too happy with it but working out has really given me a sense of control and helped me mentally. Im saying this because when I watched this video and tried to do it for the first time i only got through the first maybe 4 minutes but after that, I ate a bag of chips and said to myself "at least I tried". We ALL start somewhere and that's okay, i worked myself up to doing it 4 times within my workout but it took time because i was new; keep yourself motivated and don't be discouraged, its perfectly fine to go at your own pace, we see the most results and the best results when we are truly kind to ourselves💖

please dont workout while fasting you will get dehydrated and its a huge risk, i made the mistake of working out while fasting for ramadan and felt dizzy and fatigued afterwards, you can workout at night after iftar (2-3h after, to let your body digest the food) cause there's no risk of dehydration

If any one is wondering if this workout brings results let me tell you it does miracles I’ve done this workout for a little over a month alternating from one day yes one day no and within the first weeks I saw changes and my hips are way more fuller now it also grew my glutes a little but I love this workout I started of doing it 1 once and progressively doing it more now I do it about 5-7 times a day adding ankle weights and a heavy booty band along with 15 pound dumbbells for the hip thrusts I would totally recommend doing this workout

Yess I think progressively going up in reps is much smarter because you’ll be encouraged as a beginner but the extra rep helps shock your body your not used to it so it’ll still show results

I’ve been doing this workout for few months now and I just saw my sister for the first time in a couple months and she said my butt had gotten huge 😂 I didn’t even realize! It’s hard to tell when you’re looking at yourself everyday. Been doing this along with taking golden standard protein. Hang in there y’all! The results are real!

Okay guys so I did this for a month every day (more or less, I skipped a few days when I was on my period, plus I ONLY did this ONCE a day and not three times), and I can see a difference already! Even my mom noticed that my old jeans look way more flattering now :) I used the heaviest band in the range by the way, so I always feel like one repeat is more than enough for me haha

@@sunshinex9399 Once a day definitely worked for me and yeah, it got bigger and also rounder! Honestly doing it three times as she says would probably do wonders but I'm too lazy haha. Oh and I also started eating more protein foods + drinking a protein drink every day too cause I've read that it helps to build the muscle. I'm not a specialist, but I see a difference from this so good luck!

I am unable to do it 3× due to operated knee, but even doing it 1 to 2× twice a week as i have been doing gives amazing results. I use a medium band and i always have a protein shake after. Okay I’m going to be doing this for at least a month Day 1: Only did it 3 times, I didn’t have a resistance band so I used an old sports bra Day 2: Did it once because I was busy and I had places to go to. I did do a butt workout though along with it Day 3: did it 4 times. Kinda sore. Along with a butt workout Day 4: I did it 4 times. I really had to push myself for the last one.. Day 5: 4 times today. Really started to burn and I wanted to give up but I pushed myself! Day 6: didn’t do it today. I had to travel. Day 7: rest day Day 8: I did 4 times today!! Day 9: 4 times today! I’m starting to feel like it’s slowly growing! Day 10: my sides really started to burn! 4x today! Day 11: I didn’t want to do it but woke up early before school started, I did it 4 times today. Kind of sore though! Day 12: 4-5x today! Day 13: Rest day! Day 14: 4 times today Day 15: Almost done! Half way there! I did it 4 times! I might keep going after a month bc my hip dips annoy me like it’s a big dip so I might! Anyways my butt and side glutes have been really sore. Day 16: 4.5x today! Honestly it wasn’t burning a lot but I felt the burn on some parts Day 17: I woke up really early to finish I felt the burn more this time! 4x! Day 18: 4x today, this one really burned and I wanted to give up honestly. Day 19: not doing it today. I did a butt workout and my thighs and butt were burning badly so I didn’t feel like doing it today. Day 20: did it 4x today, but I changed it up on the forth set and it really burned Day 21: 4x today. I’ve started changing the 4 set and it burns Day 22: I did a different workout today, really burned! Day 23: 4x today🤪 Day 24: I only did it 3x today. I had no motivation today due to 🩸 Day 25:rest day Day 26: I had literally no motivation to do any workouts and I felt sick wanting to do it. I’ll do. Tmr though! Day 27: did it today! Did a different workout though Day 28:different side booty workout So it’s been a month now I haven’t done this workout for a couple days but I did others bc I started getting bored with this one and my glutes starts not to burn that much as it did before. I loved doing this. It do others bc if you just do the same workouts every day your body will get used to it and it won’t show much results so change it at least every week but you can still do this workout. My results weren’t much and I’m still going to continue. Everyone’s body is different and it may take long for you to see results like me. My side glutes/ butt was 34 inches and bows it’s 34.5 inches. Not much of results I’m still going to continue doing this and other workouts!

Try at least a day (ideally two) of rest on that muscle group, especially after going 4 rounds with resistance. Rest = recovery = RESULTS! Trust me! Also eat more protein, hope this helps❤️

Okay so lets make this body go from 🚪 to ⏳ and fill out thoose hips that is just a straight line🤮... Day 1: It felt good, was a bit hard to get the contact in some of the exercises. But i Did this video total 4 Times. Hopefully i Will be sore tomorrow. Day 2: Im a little bit sore from yesterday But its not bad, i Did this exercise 4 Times today and it went good. This is from over 3-4 weeks ago. I will be doing this again because it really does truly work, loved results! Day 1: used my medium resistance band, only managed to do the video twice and I was dead Day 2: sore from yesterday, was going to have a rest day and do it tomorrow but thought I’ll have my rest day tomorrow instead. Only did the video once as I don’t want to overwork my already sore muscles. Day 3: rest day, wasn’t too sore Day 4: was too hot for me to work out today, thought I was gonna pass out and had 0 energy Day 5: feeling better today + not as hot so following the video wasn’t too hard, today was easier to do it and had the proper technique for it this time round so it was burning much more (but still easier to do). Following the video 3 times today. Day 6: had a very busy day with my mother Day 7: lowkey forgot Day 8: had guests round so couldn’t do anything Day 9: very early in the morning so I peacefully got on with my workouts, did it 3x today. Had more strength for the video and did the workouts more slow and controlled. Already made so much progress as well, hip dips are nearly gone! Day 10: BIRTHDAYYYY! Didn’t do anything cause I was celebrating Day 11: flight back to my home town, once again didn’t do anything. Day 12: pretty busy day today, filled with shopping with my grandma for food Day 13: procrastinated :( Day 14: we’re back on it! Honestly I only did it twice today because I was so exhausted after the first round anyway.
