Before they were Bull Run!
Joe & Jake, the Sheffield Brothers and Johnny Smith learning the bluegrass almost five years ago in a group lesson in May of 2019. Their progress is massive and I feel blessed to have been and continue to be associated with these very talented young musicians.
Joe is in school in Virginia so I don't see him as often as the other fellas.
As a matter of fact, Jake and Johnny played with me on Feb 23 for my birthday gig at Lorraine’s CoffeeHouse. We had help from a couple of great musicians and friends,
THE Randy Graham and my other brother, Curly Rogers helped me up the average age in the band. It was an evening of great fun and humorous confusion. Thanks to Lorraine for giving us an opportunity to perform.
