That sound is pretty normal and arises when viscosity of Oil decreases. Bahut se logo ko ye baat nahi pata hai. ●Agar motorcycle cold start hone pe, smooth engine sound ke sath start hori hai, then it is completely normal. ●Agar motorcycle cold start karte hi same Tappet noise aari hai, toh fir andar dust particles ya metal shavings hai. Iske liye, engine oil drain karo. 3 drain bolts hai, teeno ko open karo. Oil ko fully drain krne ke liye, drive your motorcycle for atleast 10 to 15 kilometers so that the viscosity of oil gets thinner. 8mm Drain Bolt pe Suction Filter milega. Change it. 65₹ ka suction filter ata hai. Change it. Close the drain bolt and pour New engine oil. Tappet noise cold start pe aana band hojyega and you will experience smooth engine sound even when you drive at a long stretch.
That’s an wonderful explaination, I will try changing the oil after riding for few kms and also change the Suction filter.. One thing is, this sound comes only when i accelerate hard and after few kms it vanishes, or if i rev to max again it vanishes, and if i rev again it returns back.. That’s why I was confused.. The sound coming and going with high revs.. randomly..
@@RowdyCA Your hydraulic tappets are fine, and there's no crank sound either. That sound is purely coming from the rocker cover. As you said, the intensity of such sound increases when you rev it hard. Then the possible reason is the dust particles and metal residues which gets mixed up with engine oil. Also, try to figure and judge the same tik-tik noise when your cold start your engine FIRST TIME in the morning. Do you experience the same tik.tik sound ? If yes, then the most possible reason is your engine oil is getting adulterated with dust and residues. If No, then the sound is completely normal, and happens when viscosity of oil gets thinner. Chill.
@@xshay2906 I hope its caused by dust as i live in extreme dust conditions.. also the sound is not proportional to revs, it comes if i ride hard at max rpm low gears occasionally, and disappears if i rev the bike in neutral or with clutch pulled..
Standard bs3 hai bhai mere pass cold start par nahi aati Parr kabhi kabhi 15-20 min ride karne Parr aati hai aur thoda lamba stretch hone Parr band ho jatti hai kya ye normal hai 🤔🤔
@@anantpoonia7260 Agar iss Video me jaisi sound aari hai, us tarike ki sound apki bike me bhi aati hai, toh completely Normal hai bhai. Ab yhan to mai apki bike ka sound sun nahi sakta, but initially agar koi irritating sound hai, toh raise your RPM. Log BS3/BS4 pe , CI Engine ka thump achieve karne ke liye, RPM kaafi low rkh dete hai. Kayi baar information ki kami ki wajah se, RPM kafi kam rehta hai. Raise the RPM by slightly tightening the Idling Screw and uske bad sound ko judge kro.
Thank you for your reply bro, I went to service center and they said, its usual for this bike, it comes when there’s no proper circulation of oil.. they suggested to park the bike in main stand and let the bike idle for few minutes before first ride of the day..
I had the same issue, on my classic reborn, I have given the bike in RE service station, they said they have raised ticket and Chennai plant people will contact them and they will examine the issue. I’m waiting for tomorrow.
@@RowdyCA I talked to the technical cell they told me there was a fault in the crank bearing and said they were going to replace the part but I don’t think I will be totally satisfied even after changing the defective part. The truth is that engine was faulty and now they just don’t want to replace it, it was such a f***. Bad experience and now I have no option but to go to the court. No one should have to see their bikes engine disassembled in first month!! I’d appreciate if you can guide me how to proceed legally in this matter, thanks
@@abh0029 Try revving the bike for 2-3 seconds in neutral bro, it seems to solve the issue.. This sound only comes back if u ride hard, until then bike runs smoothly and noiseless.. Going legal isn’t the best way, given our time and efforts , it would result in nothing.. Bearing wont go bad in one month if usage, it might be due to improper seating , it will go away on revving the bike to max for 2-3 seconds and then listen for the sound change.. dont open the engine as it will cause oil leakage problems in the long run..
Yes I have electra.. This sound comes and goe randomly even after changing oil,, Might be an issue with one way sprag clutch.. as i saw in another guy’s video..
I dont know the problem exactly, But this kind of sound comes only due to worn Sprag clutch, Try revving the bike hard, it will go away,, if it doesn’t goes away, replace the sprag clutch..
Mera bike me, accelerator pura speed me chalane se ye aawaaz rukh jaate hai bhai.. aap bhi try karo, neutral me lagao aur accelerator de do pura speed me., aur ye wala aawaz rukh jayega.. ye aawaaz engine oil bura hone se aa rahe hai,..
