Thanks! But I have to disagree with you. Sure it's a decent song, but there's no way this is better than anything from Venom. And honestly would have preferred they went back to Drop C.

@@fgeo91 I'm ngl man, I had a brain fart and thought Temper Temper came after Venom XD. You're right my dude and I agree! My point was that this song blows all the songs from Gravity away. My only issue with the song really are the verses. I don't vibe with the verses very much and I honestly feel they are just being heavy for the sake of being heavy, which is the trend lately with a lot of bands. It's a good song though and step in the right direction I feel. I'm still excited for this album though! I'm hyped up so much more than anything from Gravity ad to offer.

Haha fair enough man, understandable. I appreciate the direction they're heading back into, it's just that the guitar was way too simple for my liking. For reference, a song like Don't Need You (which was on Gravity) was much more involved guitar-wise, I just hope this isn't an indication of what the rest of the album is like from a guitar standpoint. But definitely very hyped and can't wait for October!

@@fgeo91 My God dude! I just listened to Don't Need You again, and it is a really good song! Can't believe I missed that song on Gravity! And I can understand where you're coming from for this song. I agree that I do hope they have a little more variety with this album. I definitely see a trend with a lot of bands lately (Especially with Seether and Sevendust) where they put out radio-friendly singles but the rest of the albums are much heavier and have more variety in tones and guitar riffs. I feel like this song is really just BFMV doing some modern-metalcore to get some of the older fan bases back on. Another thing I notice is how so many bands are going back to being heavy after going a softer on the previous albums, especially modern metalcore bands. Like Memphis May Fire and Bring Me The Horizon went REALLY soft before and now both bands are back to their heavier sounds. After a few more listens to this song, I still think it's better than most, if not all, of Gravity, but I do hope they go a little crazier on instrumentals. Because going heavy just for the sake of going heavy is not going to sell well. Still, great cover dude! Can't wait for more!
