Bullet proof Combo: Halo 30 Locker Diff and RCV Axles!

We are very excited to put this beast of combo to work and see how it performs! Billet Differential with the same size gears as a dana 30 and the legendary tough axles made by RCV!
This is the Halo 30 locker setup. Included is a billet case, 6 gear chromoly carrier, Halo locker kit, new seals and bearings, larger and stronger custom spider gears. The new 33 spline set up utilizes a 33 spline axle. It is over 1 inch in diameter, officially the largest UTV axle in the entire industry!

Great video! It's nice to see someone covering this content. Both companies are great. Ct raceworx makes a billet proof front upper shock mount that makes the shock mount a double shear as well. I'm very impressed with it so far.

If I were to upgrade from my visco locker that came with my X3 would you suggest a Torq locker? Or a halo locker? Or something that you have just suggested? I ride primarily desert and dunes

From our experience with both we would prefer the Halo locker option. The Halo locker is a good cost effective upgrade to get true 4 wheel drive.

do you need to install a frame gussett kit to hold all that upgraded hardware i have a 2015 rzr with 4 inch portals and chrome moly a arms running 35 inch tires. i want it as strong as i can get it.im going to send my front diff in for a rebuid and go with a 1 piece driveshaft any thoughts

I would definitely put on a frame reinforcement plate because if you hit something it is not going to hurt your upgraded a arms it will rip the frame tabs off. Oh nice where you sending your diff to?
