@@MeinungMann I disagree here’s why, this comes from my own personal experience. When you get into self improvement and you watch a bunch of content and you try live this life. The old things aren’t fun, video games are trash now a days anyways there no fun game to play. That’s not the point but you get it. Good habits like exercise, eating healthy, talking to people become the fun things.

So, when he's in school he's going to improve his social skills and become popular, girls will start to like him and he'll be getting with them, he'll be doing things with his friends and going out, getting meals and he'll be making money so he'll be able to pay for it (which the normal teenager can't really do unless they have a job or parents willing to pay for their lifestyle) he'll be improving and progressing and having fun doing all that good stuff and he will build a foundation of people just like that to have fun with him and because they're so young and impressionable it will absolutely improve their life. Maybe this doesn't happen to everyone but if you really do HOLISTIC self-improvement including improvement of the mind you will achieve results that are clearly reflected in both progression and fun. I started this stuff at 14 and that was my experience. I went from little skinny fat kid with no friends, no money etc. to exactly what I dreamed of pretty much. I still have things to work on but some of the experiences I've had now I would never have had otherwise. If he stays on this and surrounds himself in this community he will make it. Different experiences but I think he will.

I was 5’0 in high school and only grew to about 5’4 by my sophomore year. Hitting the gym put a stop to all the teasing and bulling though. I gained all the taller guys respect.
Imagine getting wholesome advice like this aged 14? The kid's gonna be alright. Eat well, be physically active, live a fun life. Avoid drugs and alcohol. Start working out in a few years.
I’m 14 and 4’9. I get teased a lot in school but I’ve learned to not care and just know that I’m gonna be a late bloomer. Just have the right mindset and you’ll be fine.

hey guys im the kid, just to clarify i stopped going to the gym because a-lot of people told me that it can stunt my growth and if i get injured ill stop growing all-together. Started growing more and more and im seeing some significant changes. And i’ve also decided to cut a bunch of junk from my diet. Thanks to everyone who left nice comments and to hamza, this really helped out alot.
I was 5ft1 at 14 as well and looked as developed as this kid, my voice didn't begin to break until I was 17. And at 19 now I am 6ft1 and still growing a little bit. So don't worry about it. More often than not latebloomers get a longer/larger growthspurt than average/early bloomers and end up taller. See it as delayed gratification.
@@happ87sm20 both of your parents are above average. My father is 6'1 and my mother is 5'2 having 2 above average parents is way better for height than a tall and very short parent. I'm 5'1 and 3/4 at 13 and my 12 year old brother is 5'9. With a tall and short parent height is kind of a coin flip but with 2 slightly above average parents you have a far better chance
I can’t explain this very easily over text but if you’re short do not carry yourself as if you are. It sounds dumb but I attracted one of the cutest girls at my gym and we’re dating and I’m 5’4 and she’s a tiny bit shorter than me. She said what attracted her is how I carry myself. She’s always dating 6’+ also in her past
@@patrick._.betaman I’ll do my best. From what she’s told me I just carry myself like a man. There’s lots of tall attractive dudes out there that are very feminine and girls deal w them all the time. You just have to stand out enough. Also at the gym I’m very social and people talk me all the time and I think she saw that and liked it. Hamza always has talked about having the “old man vibe” where you upgrade your social skills and I’ve leveled mine up significantly
That’s actually good advice. I notice some guys who are like 5’6 who seem taller than they actually are. Like their height would be one of the last things I notice. Whether that’s their confidence, posture and the way they dress… it’s all about carrying yourself a certain way. Many short guys have the tendency to slouch, look insecure and not give off a dominant male energy. I think that’s more so the problem, not really the height itself.

can give my point of view from a person who was orignally considered really tall , was about 5'6 when I was like 10 , thought i was gonna be 6'0 before 18, ended up 5'7 around 14 and almost stopped growing completely, grew a bit to hit 5'8 when i was 20 or so , , meanwhile all my friends got taller than me especially during ~10th grade or so, alot of people hit their growth spurts later and it happens very fast too, like 2-3 months fast lol, wouldnt worry too much about it
Same here man, among our friends I was the first one who hit the puberty at very young age, like 3,4yrs ahead of my friends I was tallest among my friends like they all were around my neck height but after that my height just took full stop, I'm 20 now and I just grew 4inches after hit my puberty very sad.
I experienced something similar but not as intense, when I was 11 to 13 years old in middle school I was 4-6 inches taller than all my friends. Currently, in my 3rd year of high school, the same friends are all taller than me
Can relate ya , I was 5’7 when I was 13 and ended up just being slightly 5’11 or 6ft. I was always the tallest (exceptionally) among other kids during early teens. I thought i would reach 6’3 or 6’2 but i was shocked seeing some students who used to be an inch shorter than me being 3 inches taller. It was one of biggest insecurities i have to this day even tho i am around 182 ish
I’m 19 and 5’2 I made a vid on being short, it’s true you might grow but there’s a chance you’ll stay short like me so the best thing you can do is just focus on the things you can change.
I was the shortest in my friend group, it took a while, but once I started growing I reached 191cm/6'3 pretty fast even with shit sleep and diet. Just be patient your growth spurt will come.
same exact story here. Shortest in grade 9, tallest in grade 12 at 6'3, 1.9 m. I had the genes because the average male on my mom's side is around 1.9 m or taller.
This is something overlooked, but extremely serious. I'm 5'11 and still feel conscious of my height at times. This is a very serious thing affecting A LOT of men, and leading to serious insecurities and mental health. It's very sad as it is something we have no control over, and it affects all aspects of life including dating etc.
Taha is right. Women now look for 6'2 and above. Over 10 years ago this was not an issue. Seems that standards for men's height in westernised countries have shot up. I've heard women who are like 5'2 say they will not date anyone under 6'2
When i was around 17 i got bullied and picked on alot by bigger guys for being a smaller individual everytime i came home i kept telling my parents that i won't allow myself to be a victim any longer until one day i just exploded out of anger and hit the bully in the head with a hammer at that very moment i couldn't process what i just did i never thought that i could be this violent the guy died and i spend 15 years in prison now i'm 35 with a 2 year old boy who i will protect with all my heart under any circumstances whatsoever.
Yeah im late to the party too bro. It'll be fine eventually. Being new to your school is probably a major factor to your anxiety to it. Just be patient and even if your growth spurt takes years i got used to. Now im hardly thinking about it. The only problem i have is other people bringing it up but i cant do much about that.
If you're still young , you can start maximising your height by doing the most amount of physical exercise and eat as much healthy food as those naturally increase growth hormones , but ofc all that won't matter of you don't get enough sleep as that's where all the growing happens. However keep in mind your height that makes you attractive, it is you presence. The more confident you appear and the more you stand out , the more people notice you , and find your presence more impacting. People even assume you're taller than you actually are. Don't believe any of those online blackpill videos claiming women only care about height when rating people's attractiveness on first impression alone. Unlike us men , women actually take more time to fall in love. There is always a man who is uglier than you and yet married.
@FLyin' ImpacT yes I know being tall *increases the chances* of being promoted and getting girls , however when you think of those people they're usually already confident , intelligent and charismatic. it's natural for you to feel more confident when you are tall. But it's not your height itself that's a free ticket to success. Some of the most influential and successful people are short too. Presence is what creates dominance. Stop buying into that blackpill where you can't live life because of your eyebrow curve. What you weren't born with you can earn with hard work.

ye, I have one guy in my class that always was by far the tallest of us all(the class[well actually the whole grade]). There was no one who came near to his height. In 6th or 7th grade, when he was 12, he was almost 180cm tall. Now we're in 8th grade and he's still the tallest but It seems like he didn't really grow in a while. Some guys are almost as tall as him.
I stopped growing at 15. I was 5’6” and I’m still 5’6” at age 20. I was just below average back then but now I’m the shortest in my friend group and one of the shortest guys in college. Life is unfair but I’m getting gains, learning skills, and making myself the best I can be. It’s still tough
I guess this may also happen to me, im currently 5'4 and 16 turning 17 on march. Went on a bulk while hypertrophy training to get my nutrient and protein needs. Hopefully I'll grow more. If not, that's life I guess.

I was bullied in middle school for my height, I was very very short, like about 4'6 or something like that. Then I started growing slowly and reached an average heigth of 5'9. I'm now 20 but I'm gaining like half an inch every year, it's a weird growth but I don't mind, and honestly I'd be good at 5'10, height in my country and Europe in general is not that as important as in US or UK

In the school i was the shortest, in college i was the shortest, now out of all of my friends i am the shortest. Thankfully, girls aren't as grown, so i am able to find girls who are shorter than me at my age. Still a virgin, though

I’ve already wrote it on the lifestream, but one thing about the bulking advice, I’ve been in the exact same situation for my whole life, the shortest, man boobs etc. so I’ve done some research about hormones and one thing that should decrease the estrogen, increase the testosterone and increase the HGH (human growth hormone) is to get rid of the fats on your body. I,m so glad i,m from Germany where the average male hight is 6 foot. Of course we have smaller people still getting attention from girls but its not that common. Work your game guys i struggled for a long time and i got a lot of black pill (bad excuses)advantage and still had to work on everything. Now the machine is finally running and i never was more productive and happier.
I was close to the same height when I was 15, now I’m 5’8-5’9 at 18. Best thing for you to do is get eight hours of sleep, stretch your growth plates and have a good diet. If none of that works over time, than it’s just genetics.
As an adult, I'm only 5/7 and while I was never directly bullied for being short, I had to deal with several bullies who were much taller, heavier and stronger than me, to where I had no chance of fighting back. When I was 18, I had a pretty girl 16 with developed biceps bully me, what she thought was good-natured wrastling, to my utmost humiliation as I struggled to fight her off.. She was teasing me like being sarcastic because I wasn't her type when I'd tried to flirt with her

Check with a doctor to see if your growth plates have closed yet. There's a good chance they haven't, and may not completely close until your mid-20's. Whatever the case, do the research, put together a height gain training regimen/diet, consult a doctor or fitness coach, and get to work on it ASAP. Here's what I'd recommend: 1). Exercises like yoga stretches and core workouts. 2). Nutrition: Foods with a low Glycemic Index (G.I.) that bolster the effect of HGH (Human Growth Hormone) on your growth plates, maybe some herbs like ashwaganda. 3). Sleep: 9-10 hours of solid sleep a night, in total darkness if possible. 4). Get help with all these things if you need it. I cannot streets that enough. DO NOT QUIT BECAUSE YOU WERE TOO AFRAID TO ASK FOR HELP. Start now, and you might hit 6 ft in a year or so (and even if you don't grow, you'll still get a lot of health benefits). I screwed up my chance, but you don't have to. But do the work, and do it now. Good luck, man.
I'm 17, 5"5. Luckily I've never really been bullied due to my height. However I have recieve a ton of jokes from friends which definitely helped with my insecurity about being short.
Its weird seeing someone the same age as me looking so much younger, i live in pakistan and im currently 5'5 i have some facial hair not a full beard tho, i probably look 2 years older than filip here, in pakistan almost all the guys in my class are pretty much young men, not teens, young men, at 14-15, crazy what a difference your environment makes, yh so dont worry so much about genetics boys imo environment is far more important in shaping you so take care of that

i am insecure about my height too, i am 15 in 8 months 16, i am about 155-157,i really hope i am gonna start growing, i even have a bit of beard on my front jaw, i always was a short kid from kindergarten too but i cant change nothing only hope and pray that i am gonna grow to be at least 175 cm hopefully. and btw i am gonna sleep how much i need and eat healty and exercise alot. thank you hamza for inspiring me !

I was very little as well when I was at the end of my 13s. I was around 158-160 cm. And I hated it. A few months later in my early 14's I hit a growth spurt and grew to well above 170 cm. Now I'm nearly 15 and 178 cm. And still growing. It just takes time, nutritious eating, and a lot of sleep!
I was like 5'4 probably till I hit 16m and I grew fairly consistently to about 5'11 at 17yr8m and I'm sure I'm still growing so I hope I can be maybe 6'2+
I am 5'11 and 16 but I feel like I have stopped growing. I have observed that I am taller than 90% people in my country but a few more centimetres would be great. My dad is taller than me atleast 6'2 And my mom short 5'5.

am not the tallest but just wanna let everyone know that time will change everything, be it bad to good or good to bad.. Am from India & here the avg ht. is around 5'6-7 though some people believe its 5'11 idk the source though i used to be very short, like there used to be heightwise row & i stayed in the first 5-6 dudes till 13 probably, but afterwards i got involved in Cricket & anyone who's wondering what it is exactly, then trust me its one of best sports out there.. Like am saying this even from a Non-Bias perspective.. Beginners should watch t20 to truly understand it anyways, it was then i started gaining but then due to studies i took a permanent break & it all stopped.. somehow by 16-17 i reached 5'6 & then pandemic happened & i was already 18 so i decided to change it all.. I started weight lifting & for height i did lot of streaching (actually just one tbh, streach urself to the back & then try to touch ur feet by just streaching ur arms) Am 20 now & am 5'9 (with a good hairday 5'10 & well not to mentioned how even decent shoes can give u an inch or 2 boost) the point is, chill.. u should'nt be bothered by this world, i was always a phenomenal artist/story writer/musician so i always kinda looked down upon almost everyone so automatically their words meant nothing to me (ik its not the best advice but the thing is u should never bring godgifted stuffs like looks, religion, etc to judge someone but their talent & abilities which one can create) so u should always have something in u which the rest dont & eventually u'll feel great, just find that one thing .. it could be books, sports, art or maybe just pure philosophy but it'll help u grow from societal norms & stuffs

I’m just tired of the comments about my height but I know if I make a comment about someone’s weight I’m seen as a bad person whenever I speak up on the subject. It truly gets exhausting to hearing comments about something you can’t even change. Then you have to pretend to laugh at their dumb jokes or you’re perceived as an angry short man.
