Great film. This film has a timeless quality about it, Bullitt also has a style to it that I have never seen in any other film. Steve McQueen was a huge part of it.

@@MrCarpen7er Jacqueline Bisset is British and so is the film's director Peter Yates. The bad guy, who was killed at the end of the movie was also on a London bound flight so there's a bigger British connection than you think😃😃😃

Great direction from Peter Yates. He's showing a simple quiet moment of intimacy nicely placed just before we know Steve McQueen's, bullit has to get his hands dirty to solve the case .. it shows the characters human side. Directors don't do that enough now..too much over acting and shouting.. less is more ...
