This was the rockstar game I played a bunch as a kid. The way the year slowly passed as you complete the story (halloween, christmas, etc) gave the game a really unique feeling, especially back then when it would take longer to go through a game (b/c I was young, it was harder, also new). I also vividly remember how surprised I was when I realized I could leave the school. Its nice that they made a steam version, but it doesn't have any achievements, and isn't the best port job. But I played the ps2 version back in the day, so all the new content is pretty nice.
Ahh yes Bully, just watching this makes me want to reinstall and play it again. I remember first playing it on the PS2… awesome video. Slapped me with nostalgia
I saw your Prototype video a bit ago and now this popped up - both games from my childhood so I just had to watch the videos. Honestly really high quality for a smaller content creator. Keep it up, awesome work! Achievement hunters unite :D
Awesome video as always! Never played this one, but always wondered what a smaller scale Rockstar game would be like and this seems to be that, pretty cool.
Achievements are super tedious, the hardest thing are the arcade games. My recommendation: for consumo just take your time and play it safe, for Nut Shots look up the cheat (defeating the eagle, then flying into his corpse while avoiding it's Salmon missle - you'll hear a unique sound, get the highscore then end the game by flying to the bottom of the screen), for Monkey Sling focus on shooting the spiders and keep an eye on your "Ammo".
Unfortunately beating the Consumo Highscore before the nerd challenge will remove your highscore and you will still have to play the mission, but you can still get the achievement before the Nerd Challenge.
ever since i saw this video ive been wanting to get a copy for my 360 and i just now got it and im at about 43% done ill lyk when i hit 100% and thanks for inspiring me to start 100%ing my 360 games as its honestly pretty fun and good to burn some time on
Ha I used to watch it so much with my friends.. and on my own. I actually don't think I ever saw an episode where anyone won. Maybe once or twice and I've forgotten
@@TheTyCyan all good, i did art 5 before the flower achievement so had to keep giving them to the same 2 or 3 guys haha. much easier to just get the flowers/kissing done first. oh well i know for next time
I know this is an old video now, I just hope I get a reply. Never commented really on RU-vid before. Loved the video, but did you have any issues along the way getting the achievements? I've completed the game, but I'm stuck at 98.13% completion... Google says "check this" "check that" but whatever I check I cannot find the correct information. Additionally, I've done 41 errands. Purely because that's all the guides online say I need, plus the fact that they don't actually spawn half the time. Any advice would be appreciated.
Even with the 50 errands. I'll only be up to 98.44%, judging by the fact that the errands are only 0.3% each. Meaning somehow, I'm still missing something. But I don't have a clue what. To be honest, the errands are appearing... But incredibly randomly.
@@JForJackPlays Just when I was watching your videos I was struck by how many of them were beloved games I played when I was younger. The Alice series was also something I really enjoyed so I thought I would recommend them haha.
I might be in the minority, but I think the original UK re-titling is cooler - Canis Canem Edit (Bullworth's Latin slogan, which translates to "dog eat dog")
I think it's okay that tastes change over time. In the same vein, even just 10 years ago we couldn't have trans or gay characters in media that weren't caricatures. It's nice to see a slew of new types or characters and social issues tackled in games. It's a give and take for sure though. I also think when people say "this X couldn't exist in today's atmosphere" are glossing over how big games have become. The issue with games aren't social issues or politics, but just how enormous they became. It is alienating as a "hardcore" gamer to have the majority of your favorite series become stripped of all features in favor of a simple rpg skill tree or something. Just my opinion though.
If they made a game like this today step in current times there's going to be a lot of bullying towards gay and trans kids and that's just fucking hilarious
Please don’t be one of those “it’s too OFFENSIVE for people nowadays” kinda dude, it’s so cringe bro, literally being racist and transphobic is Fuckkng corny, telling literal jokes is not.
