I live in Hue and it's a beautiful city. I eat Bun Bo Hue every morning. Hue cuisine is absolutely fab. My landlord has been teaching me local family dishes🥰🥰 I've been to the. Incense village and they are soooo sweet there!! I need to dig out how to make Bun Bo Hue before I go home to Canada. So far I failed😭 It is very complex in flavor! Great vlog!

Nhìn mặt em rất thông minh, rất cuốn hút . Cô gái trẻ tràn đầy năng lượng. Có khá nhiều người Việt mình nói được tiếng anh . Nhưng ở em không những nói được mà nói rất cuốn hút rất chuẩn nữa. Tình cờ lạc vào vì thấy bất ngờ cứ tưởng cô tây nào yêu quý nước mình mà làm RU-vid nhưng khi nghe em nói tiếng Việt thì đúng chuẩn giọng bắc. Nghe ra Hà Nội nữa. Hix hóa ra người Việt mình quá ấn tượng luôn á. Chủ đề rất hay giới thiệu hình ảnh đẹp của nước mình tới thế giới . Thật đáng cổ vũ và trân trọng. 👏👍Mong nhiều người nước ngoài có thể xem clip của em để hiểu biết thêm về con người , cảnh đẹp, ẩm thực Việt Nam . Chủ đề của em vừa bổ ích cho người nước ngoài chưa biết và muốn biết về Việt Nam. Mà còn giúp ích cho các bạn trẻ Việt Nam thêm kỹ năng nói với nghe tiếng anh. Thế hệ trẻ nước mình cần có những người như em. Tiếc vì hơi ít người đk nhưng đừng nản nhé. Một ngày nào đó nó sẽ được nhiều người biết và yêu quý thôi. Mong em đừng bỏ cuộc hãy làm thật nhiều clip hay giới thiệu cho người nước ngoài biết tới nước ta, bên cạnh cái yếu, cái không tốt còn rất nhiều cái hay, cái đẹp, tích cực của những con người Việt Nam chân chính, gần gũi, bình dị cũng rất thân thiện. I love the Bun Bo Hue. Had it once in Hue & a few more in HCM & Can Tho. The lemongrass infused soup is aromatic, making the dish truly satisfying. Anyone visiting Vietnam need to try it !

Bun bo que is my favorite Vietnamese noodles. It is more flavorful than any other Vietnamese noodles, more so than Pho itself.

Hi Van ! I was fortunate to visit Vietnam in January 2019 and I fell in love with your country, the natural beauties, the food is simply to die for but most importantly the people! Vietnamese are just sweet, friendly, they make you feel at home. I made a friend in Hanoi. This girl treated me like a king, she took me to many amazing places in Hanoi and we became instant friends and still keep in touch. After my trip that same year in the summer I returned to Vietnam for the second time and ratified why I love Vietnam. I want to share something personal you have a twin sister in China I had a friend in Chengdu China her name is Becky when I saw your first video I almost fainted you are identical to Becky not only physically but also in gestures! I love your channel! Thank you for making me relive my absolute love for Vietnam. In 2022 I plan to return to Vietnam but this time I plan to stay 6 months since I feel at home in your lovely country. Greetings from Canada !! Thank you for sharing so much about your country! Van, you are like your country Vietnam !! Simply AWESOME!

I really enjoyed eating Vietnamese food when I was there. I always added chili oil in my Bun Bo Hue. I am Thai and Thai people eat spicy foods. It is in our DNA :) Anyway, I think I can eat Vietnamese food every day.

This is one of my favorite dishes from Vietnam, besides broken rice. Once I went to Copenhagen and my friend's aunt cooked Bun Bo Hue for us because she knew that I like it. Then she asked me which one is better: my mom's recipe or hers. I told her that was a simple question and the answer was my mom's. She said she felt sad and disappointed but I saved the game with an explanation. As for my mom's bun bo hue, I ate with heart and as for hers, I ate with tongue. So that means she was also really good but I did not betray my mom :D. Hold on! I thought people said that Bun Bo Hue from Hue is very different from that in Saigon. To me, the two versions look very similar. Hope that you can take a tour around the street food with all the poor vendors along the streets. That has been making Vietnam the way it is now. But plz wait until the whole craziness is gone :D.
