Really appreciate the transparency regarding the app. I'm in full support of directing more focus towards the coaching content, programs, and guided videos - which are all things that drew me to Dialed Health in the first place! It also shouldn't be a big deal for folks to do the fitness tracking separately using Google Sheets, Excel etc. Looking forward to seeing the new program being released this week!
I would say simplify or drop the app. I choose dialed health over other platforms for the fact that you offer strength training for cyclists, not overall fitness tracking. Most people have a phone or watch that does that anyway. Double down on what makes your programs unique and useful for cyclists. I’ve been a member for three years, and it works!
Love Dialed Health and your message. I’m age 63 and a recreational cyclist, not a racer. But your workouts help a lot. I think there is a huge market in the recreational cyclist that you can appeal to. I admit your App is less than it could be. Figure out your target market. Where can you get the most volume and see what this persons needs are. In the end I want to see a video, have the moves demonstrated, and place them together into a daily workout. I don’t need much more given the affordable price. But I can see you moving to a more professional platform to save recreating the wheel and the maintenance . Only do this if it frees you up and $ up to reallocate to another more profitable focus. Keep up the good work, you are motivational to us mere mortals.,
