Good morning Brother. I like the King C razor. It is mild but gives a great shave .the thing I like about it is that if during my previous shave I get a cut then I use the King C and I find it generally won’t open the cut . Helps heal the cut and still manage a shave ! Stay safe and have a great day !

Hi, Chris. You got the pronunciation right with the first try. roy-BOSS. The scent is very unique, because it's a native species of bush that's used to make herbal tea. You can boil the stuff the whole day long and it won't spoil the taste, unlike actual tea.

Nice shave Chris! I have a KCG, mild for me, but sometimes I want a mild shave. With a sharper blade like the one you used today steps it up a notch 😎👍 My last SOTD: Gentlemen's Nod Zaharoff Signature soap and splash, the TRC Aluminum razor with a Gillette black 7 o'clock blade, and the AP Shave Co 24mm cashmere knot with the purple and green handle. Hi Chris really good shave all worked well.I also have the King C one of my first safety razors I purchased I use it from time to time also with the King C blades which work for me or a Green Astra Platinum works for me also but yeh it’s handy to have for a wee change.have a super day and the rest of the week and take care of yourself 🙂👍🏻

Great shave Chris. I thought about getting that razor a while back but never did. That head shape does work well for me though. Haven't shaved for a bit, just getting over a nasty bout of food poisoning. I'll have a shave later today if I'm up to it. Have a good one!

Yea have the King C, gives a mild shave but a good one. Shaving later with John Frum soap, Thaylers witch hazel, Nivia and Inferno aftershave no alcohol. Nice vid take care.

Great shave. I have a KCG razor and it used to be my main razor before upgrading to the Rockwell 6C. I think the razor’s performance boils down to how a blade does in it and how coarse the beard is. My SOTD tomorrow will be of the KCG razor with a Derby Extra blade, DG Dayman soap, Maggards B&W synthetic brush, Brut splash, and the Edge Cooling Post Shave Balm. The Dorco Titan blade worked well for me as it was pretty sharp and smooth for me. I’m not sure how the Derby Extra will do for me since I’ve heard lots of bad things said about it. I’ll see how it does for me since I know negative reviews don’t always equate to bad performance. Have a good one!

Nice re-do of the King C. I guess one can't always judge a safety razor from one use. I wonder how other blades would pair? Take care.

I think the KCG razor has the same head and feel characteristics as a Merkur 34c

Ive got one, I found it too mild with the kcg blade that came with, tried it with gillette super thin found it to be about mid aggression with a sharper blade.

Dude have you tried the half permasharps? Just wondering if they're the same blades as the se ones are really great 😅💚
