RU-vid has full say over what is and what is not allowed within their website, the first amendment only applies to the government and its institutions. Businesses retain the right to remove patrons at their own discretion and have the right to restrict speech within their property. Not that I agree with it, I feel that users rights on the internet should be better protected but that’s just how the laws currently are.
