We toured Bunratty Castle in Limerick, Ireland, and the surrounding folk park. The Irish castles are very distinct from the French castles we visited. The shapes are tall and striking. The folk part was comparable to similar historical sites in the US that we've been to, though of course demonstrating history farther into the past.
