Once i got a big bowl of nachos when I was younger and they served it with two plates, and the top one was really hot to keep the nachos hot. Being young I didn't know the top plate was insanely hot, no one told me and I ended up burning myself.
Dude used half a roll of paper towels, a bunch of wet wipes and washing the hands and yet touches the same garbage can over and over after doing it....
Besides some very well prepared and tasty looking food, your customers should also appreciate a Chef that always follows excellent food safety and sanitary practices. I commend you for your dedication.

A teeny tiny nit-pick from me would be the blowtorch, I hate the taste of butane personally! That would put a downer on my breakfast But if I had a breakfast like this every day, with these many customers waiting too I could live with it, hell I'd love it!! There's just not enough time, I understand. Blowtorch is the best option here.

Your etiquette is unmatched, phenomenal. It's also really nice how you get on with some customers. However some do get on my nerves, and it's the people expect more. You get what you're given from the chefs, add your sauces or salt, just appreciate the food.

It seems you are so precise that you probably do not need much editing, right? Do you cook food that you dislike? If you plan the menu, why are some ingredients not available? Do you order the food?
