CRISPY CHICKEN BURGER RECIPE:
For approx 2-3 burgers
CHICKEN🍗
Meat- Ingredients:
-approx 500g ground chicken
-approx 50g ground bacon
-2 tsp nutritional yeast
-1,5 tsp dried garlic
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp sweet paprika/ smoked paprika
-pepper
Instructions:
-ground the chicken and bacon
-add all the spices, and mix together
-form round patties
-let it rest in the fridge for approx 10min
Breading- Ingredients:
-1,5 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs beaten + little bit of water
-1.5 cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions:
-set the breading station: one bowl with flour, one bowl with eggs, one bowl with breadcrumbs
-first cover the patties in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs
Frying
Ingredients:
-1 liter of vegetable frying oil
-little heavy pot for frying
Instructions:
-heat the oil to 175C
-and fry the patties one by one, approx 5-7 min, until golden brown
MAYO🌶️
Ingredients:
-5 tbs mayo
-2 tsp yellow mustard
-1 tsp sriracha
-1 tsp dried garlic
-lemon juice -approx 1/4 of lemon
-little bit of lemon zest
-salt, pepper
OTHER🧀🥓🥖
approx 6 slices of bacon seared
-approx 4 slices of cheddar cheese
burger bun halved and toasted
VEGGIES🍅🥬
1 tomato sliced
1 little gem lettuce approx 6 leaves
