I think it's something in the food. Seriously. For the last 3 years, I've had Chick-fil-A 3 times and that's it. I keep seeing crazy people freaking out and these people are eating fast food every single day 😮
They do this stuff on purpose. They’ll rush you when you check your bag to see if the order is correct. They save money by not giving out sauces that compliment the meal
@@negritotenfoldVideo vibes. You can't be pushed if you don't move. Just quickly check your food bag and politely ask for the condiments if they're not in the bag.And then be on your way. It should be pretty simple to do.Have you ever forgotten anything?
@@negritotenfoldyou've never worked in a fast food place and it shows. NO ONE THERE CARES. Not giving you sauce doesn't benefit the employee in the slightest. They don't get a bonus for not giving you the sauce. This is such a a moronic statement. In fact employees are more likely to grab a handful of sauces and toss them in the bag giving you MORE because it benefits them to be faster. No one's colluding to deprive you of your sauces. Mistakes happen. Or she lied and got the sauces and is complaining the next day to get free food because it's be harder to remember if you may have forgotten the sauces. It's important to note she came back the next day, saying it "ruined her son's meal" in an attempt to get the meal comped instead of just the sauces (which with her attitude that's all she'd get from me). Alternatively she ate them plastic and all
@@simon-sez8793 it should be very simple for employees to hand you the correct change and give you the sauces that compliment the meal. That’s very simple. Or did you forget that?
I agree with that. Why are diagnosis up by 2000% since the mid 90s??? Mental health professionals are banking off of this scamming vulnerable parents. The tablet industry is parenting the children The black mirror
@@darkpisces8125Not to excuse what the student did to the teacher. But she was wrong to take the device away. She should have just sent him out the classroom or had him escorted out by security. She did it to herself lol
@@69Phuketthat’s a 6ft 200 lb kid. Even a grown man would know to think twice before taking away a device from a kid that stature. The entitlement from that lady is astronomical
I thought the manager was awful. She could have ended the thing, no honking pissed off customers in line, by just agreeing with her and giving her the sauce. Manager let stupidity inflict bad service on good customers in line. JMHO.
you dont say someones son is spoiled.. especially the fact he has autism, food can be a real challenge. its also very clear her co workers are lazy. no i aint sayin mama right i jus i hope u dont manage any shop danny
@ooo0oo0oo08 She had the option to go back and get the sauce, but she said she couldn't at the time. So, what does she expect Burger King to do at that point? Have someone personally deliver the sauce to her for free? Heck, no! If the sauce was that important, she would've gone back to get it. If she asked nicely, I'm sure they would've made her fresh food as well. It's all about respect. Not an adult acting like a spoilt brat over sauce.
@@bardigan1 I bet you scream at employees for not serving you with a smile after you asked them to remake your order over and over because it's not perfect enough for you. It's more like employees shouldn't have to deal with disrespectful, bratty customers. You want service with a smile? Be a good customer. Order your crap, say thank you and gtfo!
I worked fast food and never had an altercation. Any time anyone came to me upset i just flagged over the manager and let her handle it, and she always knew when to be accommodating, and when to refuse service. Mary if you read this, you were a great manager!
Some people are so unhappy that they go around almost HOPING that somebody will do something to them that in their mind justifies them flying into a rage. They want to take out their frustrations about their personal problems on anyone who looks at them wrong. It's a terrible way to live.
I feel bad for the dudes who are working there. Arguing with a lady over some …Burger King sauce??? Geez lady. And she recorded this like she’s doing the world a favor!
The drive thru forgot my sauces last night and I had to eat my burger and fries dry asl. It sure does mess up the experience if you go out to eat once and awhile
@@freewithnature nice edited comment. Usually this place does not have dry food but without the sauces it had that element. I shouldn’t have to check my bag for sauces if they asked and I told them I wanted sauces. Quit making up excuses
Anyone that’s so bothered over some missing sauce and thinks they are in the right to get so heated than posting it on the internet says sm about them💀
When I was a kid my mum brought me home nuggets from macdons and they left out the sauce. It really bummed me out cause I was like 8 but my parents just reminded me to eat the food because it was hot, it was free to me, and it was all I was getting. The nuggets tasted damn good after the good parenting appetizer
That won't work with an autistic child (if it's true). But otherwise yeah fine lesson. Though we personally always had at least ketchup in the fridge. If I had a child that needed the sauces to be able to eat (because of being on the spectrum like she claims) I would have some at home or would check the damn bag before I'd drive off. That's the easiest thing to do.
You know if I had a kid who absolutely had to have certain foods or they wouldn't eat at all, and I was standing there still in the restaurant holding the bag of food, I might...OPEN THE FUCKING BAG AND LOOK INSIDE IT BEFORE LEAVING
If the kid is autistic like she claims then good luck with that. But it's a good lesson for mom to learn to check the bag herself and/or have extra sauce at home. Neither of those things are hard. People will always make mistakes so better make sure.
This woman either has a miserable life or feels like she has no control of her life so it's again another person taking out their frustrations on fast food workers as if they don't take enough abuse.
These restaurants will ask what sauce do you want and not place it in the bag. their managers yell at them about giving sauces away. So they intentionally stretch resources while making you pay full price
@@negritotenfold I don't think they forget the sauce on purpose. They just sometimes think the person that packed the food already did it. It depends on the location on whose job it is. I don't think they are trying to rip anyone off. I don't blame them for limited the amount of sauces they give away. It cost them money and if every store gives away a lot or takes home a lot it really adds up. There was no reason for that woman to act like that for them forgetting her son's sauce. They have to put up with a lot already. I think it's cruel to berate them. There is no reason to get that upset over sauce. Also, she could have checked her bag before she left if it was that important to her/her son.
@@TheOfficialTarynTots Don’t make excuses for these shady restaurants. If they are deliberately cutting corners hoping you don’t speak up about it. They deserve the backlash. Stop being a push over
@@TheOfficialTarynTots it’s definitely cutting corners. They use to put sauces in the bag without hesitation. Now you have to ask for the sauce. Even when asking for the sauce. You still don’t receive it. Stop being a pushover
I went through this last night when the drive thru forgot my sauces and drink. They just gave me a cup of ice. It messed up my meal. On top of that the lady taking my order already had a sour attitude
@@turtlepowersf looks like I made another burger flipper mad. They need to be more competent if I pay full price. I shouldn’t have to correct them in their simplistic task
This is why I always ALWAYS check my food when getting fast food or food from wherever. More importantly, I have a dairy allergy so all the more reason to always check my order and make sure it's correct.
If the sauce is THAT important to the functioning of your life, I feel like you should just keep some backup packets somewhere in a kitchen drawer specifically for a crisis like this.
True story. I work at a Taco Bell and someone actually filed a complaint against us and even said their meal was "ruined without the mild and hot sauces."
This is a prime example of why one should always ask for twice as many sauces as they need. Doing so will ensure you have plenty of sauce available when you need it without ruining your life and the life of an employee who’s grossly underpaid for dealing with hags who complain about anything and everything.
If we got home from BK and there was no sauce, I would tell my kid to get some bbq sauce out of the pantry or check the dang bag myself before I left the drive thru. I wouldn't go back the next day and have a bitch fit over it!!
Domino's forgot to give my husband the sauce that goes with the cheesy bread literally less than an hour ago. We had a great afternoon at our daughter's school, designing her "100th Day of School Shirt" together and there's no Domino's near where we live. My man doesn't like the sauce and I sure as f**k ain't gonna have him driving back 18 miles (one way) to get some stupid sauce. It's annoying and kinda sucks but next time make sure before you leave if it's going to destroy your child's ability to have dinner. Another option, like our home is, we're the parents and we are not told what to do by our daughter. We listen to her, respect her and unconditionally love her BUT feeding into bad behavior is not going to benefit her in the long run. I teach my child that she's a part of this world, not the world. And that mistakes happen, everyone makes them.
Yeah, it doesn't really work for many autistic children. Depends on where they are on the spectrum. But if it's so severe, his mom should check the bag herself or have extra sauce at home or both. Definitely no reason to go ballistic.
@sylverscale ... I definitely agree, especially depending upon where the child falls on the spectrum, lack of sleep can also affect as well as the tone of the voices heard. Idk if the child was in the car but for this woman to hold a grudge over fast food the day after purchase, and react as if it just occurred with record button hit on her phone to capture the entire encounter, I'm not going to assume but will say that too much/over stimulation and/or sensory overload from the mother's reaction may be more difficult for her child than not actually having the sauce they need. Again , depending on where they are on the spectrum and what type of assistance and OT, PT and Speech therapy they're receiving in a school/academic setting. Lastly, it's not easy being a mother, a father, a caretaker or in a caretaker role in society, especially these days. Burnout is a very real thing and it's important to recollect oneself and do a quick self assessment and awareness checklist. Because I personally don't think this has shit to do with missing sauce and "attitude tone" on the phone from the day before. Just my opinion
I always check my order before leaving. Especially when I would get food from the Wendy's I worked at to make sure my work buddy's weren't messing with me. lol
Bruh I've had missing sauces and went inside to get them, shit I work at wendys, and I've had customers come up to me nice and polite asking for some sauces
I can’t stress enough how many people complain about too much change back or not enough sauces in the bag or ordered one size or food and saying they wanted a different one at the window then get mad at us for “not doing our jobs.” Well maybe you should figure out what you want before you order instead of changing your mind or telling us something different at the window.
Learn to check the bag before you leave the premises. My order gets messed up at least 50% of the time because I ask for certain condiments to be left off my burgers, and I have learned in no unclear way that many fast food workers tend to struggle with requests to omit included toppings. This costs me having to park, go into the restaurant, and wait for them to remake my order, and sometimes twice at that, even after entering the restaurant. That’s why I rarely use the drive thru to begin with, but I digress.
The point about checking if the sauces are there is the easiest thing to do. I hate having to call and tell them and then going back. I just pull up to let the next person in line get they're order while i check mine. And if I'm missing something, i walk in and get the missing thing from my order. Not a big deal.
She wanted something free ive had sauce left out before ....buy a bottle of ranch or bbq sauce put in your fridge .....problem solved if its that important.
She should've checked if there were sauces in the bags in the first place before even leaving Burger King. If only she had done that, she would've had a wonderful day and a wonderful night.
Hey maybe check the bag when it gets handed to you and see if your sauce or order is correct and then ask for the sauces. This level of anger should be reserved for finding like maybe a bug in your food.
Who doesn’t check their food before leaving fast food? I’ve had taco bell actuallly be super rude to me for no reason, when I’m super polite. Unique experience and just never went back, and left a bad review like a normal person
Exactly! She should have spare sauces of some kind in her 'fridge. Notice how she keeps looking at her camera. She's looking for attention, negative though it may be.
She should have checked the bag for sauces when she got her order. Why is she coming back the next day? Her son’s meal was ruined?! He acts like that because she allows and enables that behavior.
True story, went and got nuggets for the little ones on the way to a vacation road trip and my two year old would not eat nuggets without ketchup. We asked for extra ketchup, but there was none in the bag when we pulled off. You know what we did….we went to the gas station and got a bottle of ketchup 😂😂 we were going to need it anyway.
