I worked in fine dining kitchens. Some customers were just absolutely ridiculous. Rude, ignorant, clueless… we just had to laugh at some of the strange requests. Otherwise we’d get grumpy.

depending on how good of a day i was having ... I'd probably push back on splitting it 6 ways. I'd send out 6 plates and a steak knife.

Lol.... Matt, no 20.00 burgers in 2017... I worked at the Garden Court in the old Four Seasons Hotel Seattle in the early 90s. Its now the Fairmont Hotel... yeah we had crazy prices in that hotel. Not gonna lie . Those burgers were delicious. Honestly, it was the only employer and job I can say I hated. The Executive chef was an ass on the next level. I ended up cussing him out in no uncertain terms. I ended up going back to The Madison hotel. He later turned up. He was walking out of HR when i saw him on first day. Not me running to tell the staff to watch out for him. I told HR they would be in for a rash of complaints, because in our hotel we werent mean to people. He lasted less than a year. I later learned that the Executive team had all discussed my warnings about him in the beginning. 😂😂😂😂 If I cut the burger up, it looks like I butched the meat myself. You cut for me, it looks even more delicious. And not everyone has touched to the food. You lots of your coworkers don't wash their hands.... lol😅😅😅❤ I would take the dishwasher cutting my food up before coworkers ❤
