They left out Plumbing. Well, it has plumbing, it just has no way to pipe the sewage away so they have to carry it off by the truckload. You'd think a sewage system would have been something they thought of.
That was only a concern as the new downtown was being finished and DEWA was being expanded to the area when the tower opened. It's had you know, normal plumbing connected to sewers since forever.
16:25...they blast a 70Kmh "Desert Wind" with an Aircraft Engine and Propeller at the Buildings "facade", and call it a "simulation"...... Sandstorms come to mind when I think of a Desert, a thousand square miles of Desert dust, debris, sand and grit grinding at every thing in its path, living or not, at a hundred plus Kmh, what they were doing is not a "simulation" of a "Desert Wind"...
They planned it to be shorter but then they found out they could make it taller so they did which meant more floors which meant more sewage which was too much
God said there will be a earthquake larger than any other and will level mountains. HOPE you are not in a high rise structure. The bigger they are, the harder they fall.
Useless documentary as it jumped skipped a lot of skyscrapers. Definitely, this video maker is bias. Don't show that non-existing WTC. Why not show many other skyscrapers? 😂
75 KPH, out of an airplane engine? Really? That fast? I didn't think it would idle so slow. Full speed, is WAY ABOVE 10 times what idle is. Maybe, 500 Miles per hour! (Derived from prop speed, not the aircraft speed.) steve
How is it that this was 1-1.5 billion U.S. dollars to build and the majority of the other tallest buildings in the world also cost in that same range but the 1 WTC Cost just under 4 billion?? 🤔
That guy with the curly hair glasses and a mustache that sounds like a nine-year-old girl is probably the most irritating thing I've ever experienced in my life
Land and labor costs, some cities and countries have more expensive land, also Dubai had many empty plots of land that they didn't need to demolish older buildings in order to clear the land, also Dubai employs foreign workers from developing countries for construction, and they get paid very little

If ever there was place that looked like a cheap whore house, the Burj Khalifa is the place. It is the most garish and tacky place I've ever seen. It is almost the quintessential stereotype for a very rich man trying to prove, to the rest of the town, that he has class. Although he's desperate to be accepted, the real upper crust will never be seen there.
The building has a full sewage system, its not connected to anything yet, last i heard a few years ago Dubai was building the worlds biggest water threatment/sewage system, no idea how its going.
2:21 - How old is this anyway? A good chunk of this city already exist. It was only, a few nights back I was watching a walking tour of this place, and I was not looking at piles of desert sand as we see here.
@@XenElements : Yes, goodness, I watched a walking tour video around a month or so ago, and all of this has already been done. That and the whole, damn, area around it. Quite impressive as well, and my god; SUPER CLEAN!!!!
