Who cares about pressure from the West for The Captain to relinquish power to civil rule. They do not demand democracy in Saudi Arabia nor any other country they know they cannot control. Offer piece of land and welcoming party in exchange for knowledge and support for Africa Make them lead professors in educating the youth population in this matter They can come and go as thy please If they can give 1 x 5 years of their life ( as first graduates they are teaching will be ready in 3 years ish ) and they can help set system up ❤ and less work or burden on them as locals learning
