ladies and gentleman, i am from Myanmar (BURMESE), and this is not Burmese food. she is just creating it this food her own style. sorry!!!

it's not typical Burmese noodles, but a fusion.

Very nice presentation. The recipe makes me think it is Thai origin, but creamy. Personally, would add some green chillies and lemon grass and would garnish with lightly roasted peanuts and shredded coconut meat. As is, the meal looks to be comfort food. No doubt delicious.
