Hara Masala recipe:

Chicken Curry :
4 lb chicken breast
1 TBSP salt
1/4 cup oil
3 cup diced tomatoes (6 large tomatoes- 533g)
2 cup onion (finely chopped)
2 TBSP Hara masala ( ginger, garlic and green chillies)
1 TBSP red chili powder
1 TBSP coriander powder
1 TBSP turmeric/haldi
1 cup water
Cook for 10 minutes covered
1/4 cup fresh garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 cup channa atta/ gram flour (100g)
2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 can coconut milk (13.5 fl oz)
6 cups water
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
Garnishes:
Boiled spagetti (1-2 packet of 500 grams)
Crispy fried onions
Fried papri / spicy chips
Fresh cilantro
Green onions
Fried garlic
fresh Lemon/lime
