@BluesHogNation Thanks for the reply blues hog is my go to charcoal which I use the briquettes and smokey mountain bbq sauce which I love . I haven't tried any of the seasoning though. I'll try them this coming year.

Just had some Tenn Red on a smoked burger left over. An excellent sauce.

That sounds delicious! Tennessee Red definitely adds some nice flavor to any dish.

Just tried your champions blend and original for the first time yesterday on Labor Day. Glad I picked it up! First time seeing it at my local Walmart, delicious! I prefer the champs blend but both are very good.

Don't own a drum, but could you pretty much do the same on a Weber kettle? Really want to try this.

You can do a variation of this method on a Weber. You'll want to run an offset fire and keep the temp a bit lower, closer to 250. Keep an eye on it and you should be fine!

Is the diffuser being used in this video or is it direct heat from the bottom?
@BluesHogNation
@BluesHogNation 9 месяцев назад
We didn't use a diffuser plate for this cook. Just direct heat from the coals!
