Great Job Cleetus. Neighbor definitely rips. One thing to keep in mind before trying to get it to hook up well, is the 8.8 28-spline c-clip axles. They'll snap like toothpicks with that much power. You may want to give the guys at Moser Engineering a call, since they're the 8.8 gurus. Keep up the good work.

It's 2018 and Neighbor is running a Holley Dominator EFI. You can adjust timing on every 50rpm basically. Don't worry!

That pull was almost 7k RPM. The Dominator highlighted the RPM in yellow at around 6.7k and I heard the revs go a bit higher afterwards. I caught it for ya!

The highest the dash ever read was 6908. I have frame by frame to confirm. However, because the dash only updates periodically, it could have been a little higher. Not 10,000 though

One thing to watch for cleetus. A lot of the 8.8 axle tubes are press fit. If you aren’t going to change out to a gt 500 diff or a 9 inch, I recommend you at last tack weld the tubes so they don’t spin out. I learned the hard way with my 5.0. Cost me a quarter panel and 3 weeks down time

You should get the light that is mounted to the side of the windshield and have it to where it projects some sort of burnout patrol logo on the ground during burnouts.
