Winter Camping in my winter bushcraft shelter with a wood burning stove. Some shelter building. EXPAND FOR LINKS / DETAILS: Music: Plantation - Audionautix
It's beyond me how people have the audacity to put a thumbs down to these amazing videos. Andy is showing us how to survive in the wilderness, with minimal amount of modern conveniences. He has a great smile, and has a great knowledge of bushcraft, and delish cooking skills. What's not to like, as secretly we'd all love to do what he does.
Either way it helps him 😂😂 don't think they realise that 😂😂 a like, a dislike a comment, and subscribe all help, that's why you hear some youtubers say like, dislike it doesn't matter 😂🤷♂️
Back again--after 4 years--to enjoy this episode again. And what changes in subscriptions there have been since this video first aired: from about 27,000 to 607,000! WOW.
Unfortunately here in Australia there are too many bugs, insects, snakes, spiders and bush fires, I have access to vast tracks of land from the back of my house, but fcuk that!
I enjoy your videos. I can’t wait to see what the shelter is going to look like when it’s finished. It will be a lot warmer and cozy. Can’t wait for the next one. ❤️
A truly commented camper, the essentials make it much easier and enjoyable.you are going strong and putting out great videos Andy ty for sharing.✌️❤️ from Tennessee
Your shelter is looking really good Andy. I really like how it's coming along. And yes. It does look snug and cosy with the stove in there. I look forward to your next vlog.
This was so satisfying. You are definitely one of my favorites. We have a lot in common as far as the outdoors. Thanks so much for sharing this. Looking forward to watching more of your uploads. Blessings👍🙏🌻🍀🌿🍂🌾🔥
A BIC or any other sort of lighter is in no way cheating. I have a BIC in every jacket pocket, in my BOB, in my EDC and in my boot crate in the car. Its all fine and dandy being Mr Macho with the usual bushcraft fire lighting rod and striker, but I would rather use a lighter in the knowledge that I am more likely to get a fire going than keep striking and striking until I get a fire going. Great video and I shall follow for the future.
Made my day Andy. Shelter coming alone nicely. I bet it made a big difference with the moss installation. Stove seems to fit good in there. Yes I like the lights as well.
Oooo this is good dude I think I’m going to get one of them stoves looks good like the chinking is coming on well to love the look of moss on a shelter the over hanging poles on the top of the shelter are going going to cut them off in the finish just as I did the same had my top poles sticking out the tarp and found the rain hit them and would run down the inside of the shelter over time it’s a snug shelter man real nice work
Cheers John.. I like the look of the moss but unless I daub it I know it will dry and fall out.. will do a test patch. yeah.. a little trimming to do and nearly there (well after the door). Maybe a 'porch' area in the future :)
Great video! Your camp is looking good! You really need a good checklist so you dont forget anything! Bring some extra food so dont have to be hungry! Enjoy your night my Friend!
First time checking out your channel, absolutely love your work! Particularly love the cooking videos! Definitely inspirational for sure so keep it going! Matt
Very nice Andy. Shelter’s coming on a treat. You captured the ambience of a night out in the woods very nicely. When you wake to a new day, do you feel a sense of accomplishment at spending a night out solo in the wilds, and feeling quite at home with it.
You got to try barbecue spaghetti. Fry up some ground beef, then add barbecue sauce to your ground beef after being well cooked . Then boil some ziti pasta . After cooking, add some regatta cheese and mazarella cheese heat to melt , You can add fried onions and peppers and large fried garlic pits and lightly cooked spinach to your cheesy pasta. Then add your cooked ground beef to the top of your cheesy spinach ziti
Thanks Andy - really enjoyed that mate! Shelter is really looking good - that Moss chinking seams to be just the job! Loving the stove too - think I might do a hot plate/port mod on my stove too. Loving those pouches too! So much love hahaha!! You need a utensil organiser btw!! 😂😂😂
Kent, great little kit Mate, the main thing is that it looked like you really enjoyed yourself in the great outdoors. I enjoyed watching you cook, very good camping food, fast and easy, take care and I will look forward to your next video. Ed R. Los Angeles, CA USA
First off, loving the new shelter. Always a lot of the standard lean-to shelters on here so nice to see something a little different. Excited to see how it's going to develop. Next, Having moved down here from Wales to Folkestone only a few years now (Feels like longer. lol) I've been a bit blind for places to sneaky overnight, then found your channel within the last year.....Opened my eyes Sir! Had a few great nights with many more on my wishlist for this year.....and local too. And lastly, Spice Rub!!! As an ex butcher, I do love my meat, and a night out with a camp fire wouldn't be complete without a little something on the grill. So YES PLEASE!!! ...Love what you do and can't wait for the next one. Oh! And really liking the hoodie. Picked up a black one with white logo a couple of months back. Excellent quality. Definitely kept the chill off this winter on the coast, and the extra length! Perfect for the larger fellow like me. :) Great job Sir.
