I know in the weather you can't help the wood getting soaked, but its actually a myth that you should soak your wood before using it in a smoker. When you soak your wood its not actually creating more smoke, its creating steam. If you use dry wood you get more of a smoke flavor. If you like the milder smoke flavor soaking the wood will help with that. Love your videos though! Keep em' coming!

I know you got the fire going Mika, but something that would help you is Vaseline and cotton balls. If you let them soak in a Ziploc bag all Vaseline up, it will help you get the fire started. Thank you for the fun videos.

You have the axe… if you split your wet wood, the inside is dry and it will burn readily if it goes straight from the axe to the fire. Sorry to be that guy😉 great video Micah!

So Micah you need to get one of the numerous "John Wayne Keys" from your Ancient and his MRE review show. Put it on a key chain or leave it in the cook ware so you always have a can/bottle opener.
