I live by SJC and love flying into and out of SFO for international flights. On my last international flight out of SFO I had an amazing view of San Francisco last February. The day was clear as we were in a drought we had such a spectacular view of downtown San Francisco, Lake Tahoe etc.

If you go to the long term parking area at "10" end of the runway 28's, you can get some great plane spotting shots very shortly after takeoff. It would be a unique angle of the departures.

BTW where do you spot from at SFO? I like going to Peninsula park by the Embassy Suites and San Bruno Mountain is another good place as well as by the "Welcome to South San Francisco the City of Industry sign".

Wieviel Minuten ist beim Landen + Starten zwischen den Maschinen in San Fransico Airport ?

kommt auf die Zeit an, aber da sie meistens die 4 Runways parallel benutzen können ca. 30 Sekunden nach der Landung 2 Takeoffs von den anderen im 90 Grad Winkel stehenden Runways stattfinden. Unterschiedlich, aber ich würde sagen jede Minute 1 Landung oder Start - wenn es parallel ist halt 2 ;)
