There was a dude just like MM at the juvenile facility I was at when I was a kid. All about respect for others and ourselves. He didn't tolerate cursing,fighting,etc..he was tough but was a great man. Hard as diamond on the outside but with a heart of gold.

When I first saw M.M, I thought he was one of those characters who were gonna be strict and cruel (similar to Butcher but more disciplined). Him and the writers proved me wrong for sure.

Yes it did. But atleast MM isn't going on a suicide mission to kill Soldier Boy, if he didn't come back to team up with Butcher in this scene, back in season 1, I think things would have gone terrible for MM by now. The amount of rage and hatred MM has for Soldier boy, it's just unbelievable and yet so realistic in terms of how real people with vengeance feel. MM would either die or kill Soldier Boy. Willing to die to kill someone now that, that is some strong hatred.

I love how they had that cup of coffee saying Badass like hee had in the comics. Its a very good detail when the series is innovating the story has they go without looking like a whole shitpost of blood, violence and offensive dialogue.

this is like one of the best charakter introductions ever. it shows that hes hard as heck, while also having a heart of gold. nurturing an loving, and also shoving the outlines of his OCN even without the bigger picture. i love it that the show shows this kind of nurturing masculinity without playing him down as a charakter, i love MM:

Nope! He had to drink his mother's milk to survive since she used to work at Vought and got intoxicated or something like that. I don't remember quite well what was it but he did have to drink it. The good thing is that they didn't follow that storyline.

Vaught were conducting experiments with Compound V, which gave off a radioactive effect and poisoned all the workers at the plant. Some died, some got ill, but MM's mom survived. However, her two kids were born with powers because of this, and require their mother's breast milk, which is laced with Compound V, in order to survive.

You're watching TV shows incorrectly if all you care about is how the final 10 minutes of the final episode of a season sets up the next one. If they skipped Season 3 they would miss Soldier Boy, Payback, plenty of awesome deaths, fights, and gore, more development for Victoria Neumann, Homelander taking control of Vaught, Temp V and Butcher & Hughie with powers, Little Nina, Herogasm, and so on.

His mom worked at vaught and was kinda infected, so her children became kinda supes. One son was brain-dead and when he was 15 he suddenly swelled in size. However, he was wearing a helmet and popped like a grape. From the moment MM was born, if he didn't drink his mother's milk, he'd shrivel up like a prune and die. His dad spent his whole life trying to sue vaught, but didn't get anywhere, in the end, he died trying to win a case that vaught didn't care about. When MM was 25 and in the army, he was in an illegal fighting ring and was about to lose, when he punched the other dudes head clean off, showing his powers, and got picked up by butcher to join the boys. However, his need for his mother's milk never stopped and he'd carry it in a flask with him.
