I’m looking forward to trying these this year. I got a set of Butchers and Eliminators on sale, so it’ll be a cheap experiment. I haven’t heard anyone say anything bad about them yet!
Would you happen to know the actual weight of this Butcher vs the Mazza? My 29x2.4 Trail Mazza came in at 965 grams which is a reasonable weight for the tread and casing/bead protection.
1030g for this 27.5 x 2.6 Mazza tire. I don't recall what the Butcher was. It was a Butcher Grid Trail T9 of I recall correctly. But it was also a 2.6 29 inch tire because it was on my mullet setup.
