Butter Garlic Potatoes Recipe Ingredients:
300g baby potatoes (sliced)
50g unsalted butter
2tbsp chopped garlic
ground black pepper
ground basil leaves or parsley
salt

Some of these comments are just unnecessary! I can't wait to try this recipe for my Christmas Eve dinner. I was looking for a way to make new potatoes without them falling apart on me. Your recipe looks simple and tasty!! I think I may have been overcooking the potatoes in the past. Thank you for showing me a better way!

Thank you po sa recipe! approve lola at tita ko. First tym mag-luto q dahil sa quarantine. Madali sundan yung tutorial para sa beginner. Complete steps pati sa heat level, portions, at timing. binawasan ko 1/2 butter (tumataba na kasi q), 1/2 garlic instead of 2tbsp (para mas malasa), onting oyster sauce. masarap pu cya.

We always cook baby potatoes too!! We add tons of garlic, chopped celery and beef knorr cubes tho, and then garlic mayo for the sauce. it's bussin.

Wonderful looking recipe. You did an awesome job on explaining it. I'm trying to recreate a dish similar to this that I got at a burger joint called "Paradise Bar & Grill" in Arlington, Texas. They've went out of business, but it was something like this. But, the potatoes were cubed at the first and had their skins pealed. I think they had parsley and italian seasoning on them. Boy, were they good. We ate them by dunking them in ketchup. So, I'm trying to recreate it, because I just can't anyone online who is making the recipe or knows how to do it. Also, they were a slight bit fried or maybe just crisped. Anyway, thanks for helping with some ideas.
