The BEST Crispy Oven Roasted Potatoes | Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes 

This is the best roasted potatoes I have ever done. Now that I got myself an air fryer toaster oven.👍 Cut up the potatoes in quarters. Drizzle evoo in the cut up potatoes in a bowl, add in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and parsley flakes. Then mix. Layer the potatoes on parchment paper, air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Keep turning them every 5 minutes till golden brown. You're welcome and enjoy! 😋

I LOVE all types of potatoes, but I never made "roasted potatoes" before. I didn't make them exactly like this, but this was the inspiration for what I did do. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Looks delicious. I'll have to try it this way. I made potatoes in my electric skillet that turned out great, but I think if I had melted the butter and mixed the seasoning with it my potatoes would have been even better. I like the idea of roasting them in the oven so you don't have to baby sit them like the electric skillet. I also enjoy sweet potatoes this way as well.

I have to chime in here. I agree with the 10 minute blanche of potatoes. But you should toss them up and down to roughly break up..meanwhile you should be making a sauce rendering all the eras to release the oils..preferably with a good olive oil..strain all the erb sauce onto the potatoes before putting them on a baking sheet..I said baking sheet! Cook 325 for 25 rotate,and if desired brush with butter.. after 25 more,take out and sprinkle the strained spices over potatoes. That is the crispiest potatoes..IMO.
