Makes 40 biscuits.
1 cup = 250ml
Ingredients used:
250g Soft Butter
3/4 cup icing sugar
3/4 cup Corn Starch
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup / 120g course ground pecan nuts
+ - 2 1/2 cups of plain flour
Castor sugar for coating

Toooooo yum , but definitely not the stipulated time, mine took 50 min to 1 hour to bake

slms Mehjabeen. You did not follow the baking instructions clearly. You only bake it at 180c for 4min, then 160c for 8min. Remove the biscuits. Set the oven to 100c. Once it reaches 100c, switch the oven off. Place the biscuits back in and allow to rest in the warm oven until it has cooled itself completely.

Love peacan nuts, definitely going to try this recipe,can this recipe be made with margarine,if not,butter salted or unsalted please ,thank you

Hope you enjoy it😊. You can use Margarine but the taste will turn out different. I highly recommend butter. I used Salted butter.

I have never tried freezing. Im sure you can though. Just defrost fully and bake.
