Butter Tofu Curry! (Your #1 BOSH! Curry) 

Can you believe that in five years we've posted over 100 curries?! 🤯 Well, actually, yes. We LOVE a curry. There's a curry for every mood and they're one of our favourite things to eat any time!
You voted for your favourite BOSH! curry, and it was a close one! Butter Tofu Curry came out top, and we can see why. It's incredibly delicious, has an amazing creamy, buttery sauce and the tofu is perfectly cooked. Plus - it takes less than 20 minutes to whip up!
