I love how the pilots land somewhat hard in regular conditions but in the rain they seem to prioritise smoothness for some reason 😂

I love the Dashcam segment with driving music. I’d love to see switching runways again, especially since Lufthansa is still flying the A340-600’s and -300’s. Would be cool to get some videos of those before they are gone! Great spotting as always!

most likely they are using autoland and the pilots arent actually landing the aircraft, autoland is usually used in bad conditions

yeah they were here, the visibility goes less than minimuns and a321 are known to be good at autoland thats why almost all of them were of the a320 family@@Yamal6261

It's a skill like everything else. There are lots of difficult jobs out there but with sufficient training most people can master them.

@@Yamal6261 Usually whenever pilots get visual of the runway lights or the rabbits (white bright flashing lights behind the threshold of the runway in use), they disengage the autopilot and hand fly the aircraft. However is the visibility is below like 100m or so, they perform a CAT III if runway has it and the aircraft is capable doing that. 😅 Sorry for the detailed response.

What would be interested to know is if there were low-visibility procedures in use..if so it would mean that these were auto-landings. Plus for such wet runways it would be beneficial to touch down more positively to prevent hydroplanning

i never expirienced the snow..and in xp 11(one of my last flights before moving to xp 12)...i landed on frankfurt with real conditions and there was in that moment that i almost land...0 visibility...i needed to do a circle and i lowered to like 750 ft agl and landed safetly.

Hey swiss can you please review the 737 max again in MSFS? Pretty sure it has improved. Edit: The Erj 175 and Erj 195 physics have been fixed so could you maybe review that too again?
