This video is entirely fan made with a clip from the South Park episode "The China Problem" and the 1987 classic RoboCop.
Butters shoots the rapist in the dick (preventing him from raping a woman) and Cartman gets angry by telling Butters not to shoot guys in the dick (he doesn't care if it's a rapist or not).
