Mrs. Galang had the fortune of guesting one of her students, Ms. Chona M. Ayson who took time off from her very busy schedule for this episode. For this special episode, Chona very generously shared with us her classic Buttery Mamon recipe, which was handed-down to her by her mother; a homemade treasure, indeed!
