yeah, insurance can be a challenge. Islamorada, Big Pine, and Marathon all offer a different atmosphere, and their water ways are all unique. That's one of the reasons the Keys are awesome. Thanks for watching

For us, it's around 7 a pump out, but we are installing a self-service system with a pump out port at each slip.

You can search online for " Boat slips for sale" but it's better to have a realtor search for you. One who has a knowledge of the keys to find a location that fits what you would like and one the allows liveaboard vessels. My wife is a realtor, knows the keys, and could help you if your looking ....She has done a few Boat Slip deals Give her a call Leslie (352)232-6901

Marathon seems to have more availability for slips right now, but they do come up for sale in our basin at times. Hope the boat search goes well.

They have water & power, but we pay a flat rate of 40 a month for water and the power is metered so you pay for what you use. We also have mens a womens bath/showers and a laundry room also .....
