The bike is really good but the exhaust sound man this is honestly best sounding 200cc every now and than I hear some bassy exhaust note bike passing by me I know for sure its an RTR 200
I bought this same color scheme with ABS last month and I'm very much loving this bike...A true upgrade from Activa.....!! touring is a breeze on this and I'm getting 35 - 40 max in city and 40 - 45 max on highway..
Great info. You take height into consideration and take your height as an example to demonstrate how riders of different heights would feel, is what makes your videos very practically informative. Just imo, it would have been even better to know about pillion comfort from a girl or woman as well.
Being a student (BE civil) at bangalore university (UVCE) 2012-2016 .. Miss those campus and all my lovely batch mates.. Hope we see each other again.. Love from mizoram..
You are awesome bro.... Keep it up...... Your Review is OUTSTANDING....... And Also your Personality and Your Behavior....... Is More Attractive....... Good luck From KoLkata
Rs costs around 1.7 lakhs on road and rtr is some where around 1.4 at max. If u need top end performance go for the rs. Rtr is better for city rides and can cruise around 100, plus you get slipper clutch dual channel abs and i think fi too.
There is so much confusion for TVS Apache RTR 200 4v race edition 2.0... 1. No FI engine with ABS, no announcement till now.. 2. ABS version is only for white and glossy Black... 3. FI is only for white colour.. 4. Matt grey/ Matt red has neither FI engine nor ABS 5. Matt Black is nowhere available... What's wrong with TVS.... !!! There are too many people who wants FI engine with ABS in their favourite colour....
joi ai axom who the heck told u this fake shit.. Fat people are not always unhealthy .. A fat person can be a way more healthier than a normal person Health is something which is evaluated depending upon the responses and activities of the internal organs not the people’s laziness or tummy.. MORONS..
@@iamstrell Bhai.. I feel we should not transfer American bullcrap culture to India. It works for them, not for us. Lets make our communication precise instead of getting lost in political correctness. Fat people means fat people. Handicapped means Handicapped. Those chuts use words like "differently abled" and shit like that. If we continue with this logic, they'll keep changing words based on what suits their emotions. Language cannot be corrupted with some people's emotions. Hope you get what I mean ✌ Thanks for your videos bro!
hi, as per your experience, which bike u will suggest in between fz25, rtr 200 4v and cbr 250r...please take consideration of pillon comfort....mostly lady in saree...which one be the most comfortable
I am riding a non-ABS Version in this video. The only difference between this and the ABS, variant is the addition of ABS set up. Apart from that, the review is same. For test ride or sales of this motorcycle, please contact Sanjay (9148267949), from Solar TVS Bengaluru.
Strell Hey man ! Totally confused between Gixxer SF abs VS RTR 200 4V race edition and R15 V3. I have to ride 30 km daily. Mostly on highway. I usually don't go above 85 km/hr. Maintain rev range from 4000 to 5500 rpm. Would like decent fuel economy from 35 to 45. Can anyone suggest me which one is the right pick for me?
Guys height is a myth. Most motoGP riders are less than 5.5 feet tall. Shorter you are, the better you can do. Now forget your problem with your height if you have it - and just be positive and enjoy. Lovely review. I could get a feel of what the bike feels like. High quality video - I think i know where you took this bike out in Bangalore :) friend lives nearby :) :) cheers.
Not really, rossi and marquez are 6 ft, but pedrosa is shorter, he feels issues sometimes handling in the corner. Although, the weight matters more than height in races. That's why they work hard to remain lean.
@@apurvghuge1185 if you drive at 50-60 with 4000-5000 rpm it will return you 40kmpl - 45 kmpl. And if you drive it insanely it will give less to less 30 - 32kmpl not less than that.....
Very nice information and even i like this bike vry mch.. I am going to sell my plsr 220 and going to buy this beast. Formost thing i like in this bike is its exhaust sound damn awosome.... Thank for this video..
we can't compare these two motor cycles directly even though it's in same segment because ns is little more powerfull and having liquid cooled engine which is obviously it's mated with six speed gear box but when it comes to RTR it have more of its character but not the ns have one its just a machine you could have good cruising speeds but in terms of riding experience rtr 200 rise above it with its high cornering ability ( seriously man it's corner loving machine than ns) and the grunt of exhaust gives you that you riding a unique and more characterised motorcycle it having its disadvantages like it's having only 5 gears and big sprocket setup ( it's the only reason we getting 60kmph in 3.5 second which is identical to ns even ns makes more power but similar torque) but you can cruise in between 90 to 110 without making engine to over stress but in cities and Twisties it gives you ace performance with its ergonomics and cornering clearance. As a rtr 200 owner i just experienced above things with my bike and rode all 200 cc bikes to compare with it from thati realized it having its own character.
Hi Bro. Quick question hope you Will answer! 1. I am 6.2 Height, do you think it's fine to buy this bike? my usage is for daily city ride. 2. Which one should i select carb model or FI model?
Hi bro your review is very fact honest and clear. Directly to the point. Very good review speech. I recently on diwali bought this RTR 200 4v black red BS 4 motorcycle of Bluetooth version which was launched in September 2019. Its really awesome and and I am fully satisfied with the bike and also money I spent. RTR series is the best. Now done 1st service also. It's working very very well. Not a single vibration nor any single complaint. Also service center experience while 1st service was also too good. I did service in my presence only because normally i don't trust any service center guys. I mentioned very long message but by summing up, I say it's supperb bike of 200 cc. Those who are interested to buy new bike and having any doubt of this bike, I recommend not to have any doubt of this bike, and blindly go for this. Now BS 6 is also available with FI. It's 12k more costs then my bike which I purchased. But Go for RTR that I suggest. Good luck guys have safe and happy RACING. 👍
A Slipper Clutch is a specially designed clutch, which serves the same purpose for the motorcycles as a typical clutch would do i.e. engagement and disengagement of engine’s power to the rear wheels via gearbox. It helps when you downshift aggressive and the rear tyre tend to lock. Clutchless shifts is a different technique and the clutchless downshift is the most unlikely use one (Indian roads/tracks) On a normals motorcycle like this, if you dont engage clutch, it will lead to wear and tear. Also, one need to blip the throttle and the rpms shouldnt be high to do a clutchless downshift. Upshifts are good, sometimes I do it for fun. But I dont trust with downshifts. To sum up, its possible for high end motorcycle with trusted slipper clutch or any other technique. Not suggested on a smaller capacity single cylinder motor. [My knowlege on this top is limited and mainly from conversation with experience riders. Please share your thoughts if you are having much idea about this]
As a experience rider on this bike(BS3 variant )(10k Km), i can say that this Bike is purely a mixed bag .(ofc what can i expect with in its Budget) I ride in bengaluru traffic regularly and after sales service maintenance plays very big role. .Bike was responding very good in Initial ride till 1500 km.After few services, the smoothness in this bike will go away( if u regularly use your bike under traffic for near to an hr). Even though i changed oil for every 2k km still the engine feels very strain after 5k km in the traffic, if ride less than 20 min.I suggest you to use Motul 10w40 oil, which will solves the heating issues a little. The Oil cooler is just a joke on this bike. The clutch is smooth and gear box will loose its smoothness within in 10 min if u frequently change the gears. Handling on this bike is best in 200CC and breaks works still like Boss. Add Angel CT and demon sport which gives u a good grip on tuff conditions. The Default breaks works fine but Go for ABS variant if available. Start the bike and keep it idle for a min for smoother ride, atleast in traffics for some time. Design is best in class and the design parts are high quality.
Hi Strell! This review video is just awesome👌. I will buy 1st time new bike in January 2019, I'm not a experienced bike rider, just like a newcomer. I just ride bike 4-5times in city, not at highway.. So my question is that.. Can i buy this 4v 200?? Could it be recommended for me as a newcomer non experienced???????? Please let me know! And help me choose perfect bike.
Hi, I am looking to buy the a new bike mostly I have feeling to go for Apache but not sure to go for 160 or 200. For me mileage is not the criteria but don't want to spend in excess of 1.5 Lac. I am using Desert Storm 500 from 4 years. I am pretty happy with it but I have a feeling that now the time has come to change over as I feel honeymoon period is over and now I have to start spending too much on it in coming days.
Hi bro I am stuck between 160cc-200cc 160cc Hornet 160r or apache 160 4v 200cc Pulsar ns200 or apache 200 4v(is it worth buying ns200 in 2019!?) (BDW I AM 6FT TALL) Mileage is not that much concern, but bike should be long lasting for years and THIS WILL BE MY FIRST OWNING BIKE EXPERIENCE!!
Hey buddy, i am upgrading from yamaha szr 150CC to a 200 to 250 CC bike. This is one i have in mind but only drawback is 5 speed gear box. The other one is KTM 250 , but i have heard it's having hearing issues. Yamaha fz 25 is also having same issue as TVS. Need your opinion on this. Porpose is City commuting and 300 400 km touring.
Go for a bike with liquid cooling bro, the cooling is not effective. My cousin took this to Hyderabad from Kerala and he had good heating issue after 300 kms. Plus the service is not that great. The new variant has a significant reduction on torque figures as well.
Um is it true that tvs vehicles become bad(start vibrating) after usage of about 4 to 5 years??because that a was the case earlier according to some of my friends
