The rooms were large & I liked the tall gate surrounding the property. Like u said the house has great potential to be a good family home but not for u guys.
Nice vlog and there is no way that house is worth 5 million maybe and I mean maybe 3.5 million , I just left Chantha Village in Cha-am and there are a few lovely homes for about 4 million and under. There is a 2 storey one for 4.2 million and with the house there is also a granny flat fully independent granny flat and an out door pool , there is also a security guard on the early evenings on wards. It is between Makro and Thaiwatsadu ( my home away from home ) and roughly 20 mins from Central Hua Hin . Some of these homes were bought very very cheaply thanks to COVID and the buyers are now seeking to cash in on their investment .
Yes with so many choices available you have to do your research to get the best deal. I think also houses around Hua Hin central are in big demand so prices go up. And that sounds right, cheap during covid now what to make a profit even though the owners have let the houses fall in disrepair.
Yes, far too expensive especially considering the work required. Most likely the roof needs replacement or extensive repairs. It will be still sitting there unsold in a year's time.
Hi all, thanks for the video, looks a bit old could be done up ok but at that price don’t think you will get your money back. Did you get the message on instagram I sent?
