Wow that was a lot of house and property for very little money. Someone would be silly not to purchase that house and the land for only 10,000. The occupied part of the house is perfectly fine. You might just want to buy new furniture to your taste is all. After all the house is fully renovated it will be a mansion. Put a pool and tennis court behind the house where the open land is. Might want to consider a putting green as well. Consider fountains in the courtyard. Then across the road you can plant olive trees or chestnut trees and grow all your own food. Obviously I was very impressed with the space.

Nice video! But, people outside italy might think houses are very cheap here. But actually, prices vary a lot from region to region. In the North (lombardia) no 1 euro houses. But in areas further away from the mountains and lakes you can find reasonable priced properties. I liked this one a lot. Many possibilities. But in an area that is very hot in summer and foggy in the winter months.
Yes you are right, I agree. The winter fog is everywhere in this part of Italy even Milan and large parts of Piemonte has it which has more hills but yes, it can become very warm in the summer, we had well over 40 degrees this summer so a pool would be high on the list of things to build.
No I believe that is something you have to book yourself if you want it. Im not sure, some houses on the countryside in Italy takes years to sell, most younger people are moving towards the cities, that's just how it is. There will be a lot of vacant houses in Italy in the future but I believe the good ones will always be attractive.
It's not that difficult, just a small bank transfer and then we are neighbours 😂 , no, unfortunately it's not always that easy to relocate or get a holiday home and so on.
Yes, but there are loads of potential to change it the way you would like it. But then again, food is very important in Italy so why not have 3 different places to enjoy it 😂

Yes they do differ a bit in the districts and depends on if you are a resident or if it's your second home and so on. On your first home they are general quite low unless it's considered a luxury home which this isn't
