What a very comprehensive, informative and fun video. I LOVE the belt. My husband...not so much. ;) My favorite is my Italian leather belt, which has been conditioned over the years, and now has weight, density and pliability. All equals a harsh spanking belt for my husband's errant bottom. But it can be a good belt for "fun" spanking as well, by now swinging as hard, and landing it flat as you stated with no wrap around. For a punishment spanking, I go for just a tiny bit of wrap around, and spank from both sides to get even distribution. Anyway...great video!

Very informative, I am a bottom and like it when the belt is used on me. I have my dads old mechanics belt he wore everyday and even used on me once or twice as a kid (I don't support child violence of any kind). My husband has used it on me and it has the best intensity than any other that's been used on me. Leaves a lasting impression not to mention some good bruises and welts.

Lovely to see you have a new site. As a retired teacher I heartily approve of your method of instruction. I’d love to see a tutorial on bath brushes and or hairbrushes because there are a lot of people out there who have no clue about what to buy or how to use it. Example: any brush that isn’t smooth and flat on the back is a big red flag. Ridges leave nasty marks. (I’m sure you know this, I’m just saying.) Anyhow, keep up the good work and I look forward to more videos.

Awesome topic, awesome video! London Tanners has a beautiful looking custom-made belt. My only caveat is regarding folks who want to make their own implements: there is a real risk the leather edges will not be finished properly and can cut. Thank you, Kelley, another great video!

Go to a leather shop and have them make you the biggest belt that will still fit in the loops of a pair of blue jeans. That raises no suspicions if that is a concern and I guarantee you it will light your butt up. Mine is about 3.5 mm thick, extremely effective.

Like Mr. Emerson said, there are a lot of leathercrafters out there making belts. Hermann Oak leather is the best. Shouldn't cost more than $40-50.00. Generally, all the various features that were discussed are relatively easily done, e.g., shiny/dull, thick/thin, water resistant/natural.

If you want a leather belt or strap to obtain a more stiff attitude mix some salt with hot water and using a cloth bathe the belt with the salted water bringing to a dampness but not saturated state. Let dry completely and once dry work it with your hands some so that it relaxes some from its completely dry state where it is super stiff and would be too severe and might cut skin in this state. For softer leather use some leather conditioner or even murphy's oil soap. You are basically conditioning it to be soft and supple.

Something else to consider is the edges. Some are just was too sharp on the edges (including some made for spanking belts) my everyday spanking belt is one I’ve worn for years and it’s loved by she who receives it .... might be time to retire it from holding up pants duty

My biggest problem finding the right sort of leather belt is that as a vegetarian, I don't buy leather, with the exeption of second hand (for instance, I generally shop second hand for things like hiking or western boots where it's really hard to get any kind of decent quality in synthetic). I did try a thrift store, but it's hard to find anything new and stiff there. Any advice for someone who doesn't buy new leather?

I have a machine belt that went on an old turret lathe, it's 2 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick. To me it's perfect for when I get a spanking from my wife.

I imagine a man, like perhaps a husband or boyfriend needs to have a bit of a heavier belt used to really feel it. May I suggest Walmart or Amazon? Either of these stores have some very nice plain leather work belts for a very reasonable price. Buy a nice long one, (same price) so that it can be doubled over, and still be plenty long enough. The longest I have seen is about 54 inches which when doubled in the hand leaves a nice 2 feet of dangling leather strap to work with, or you can wrap it around your hand to shorten it. Many of them also have a detachable buckle too. jim d

If you’re in the USA and can go to gun shows, there is usually a belt maker. The weight of a gun requires a heavy stiff belt. Very thuddy. You can also get a very long belt.

I have a dynamic where I get punishment spankings. Got a Hank the other day. Hurt like crazy, I normally like thud and this is thuddy as hell. Feels like it is ripping the skin off you, but I was unharmed (permanently). I don't know re: "yummy".But I could like a belt spanking under certain circumstances.
